Maven Roofing - Springfield, TN

HOMEOWNER BEWARE!! If I could give a negative review this would be it. For started Maven Roofing come out in Oct 2023 for roofing repairs. The meeting went great, told me no worries and the repairs would get done soon. Mid December my roof is still not fixed. I had to keep calling and e-mailing to see when the work would get started. Maven was able to get some work started on roof the night before the Tornado hit Clarksville. However, the amount of time I have wasted contacting this company is unreal. My point is this... If you’re a company that provides a service, then provide that service. If you are too busy, then say! Communication is key this company needs to communicate better with their customer. I will not be referring anyone to this business. Please fix your issues. If you had answered my e-mails and called back I would not have had to write and review for you to understand that how you conduct business is not business like. Fix it please.

Very quick to respond and help after a natural disaster. They came out same day we contacted them to tarp up my home. Hightly recommend!!

Got a new roof installed and these guys were great they took care to clean up passed that magnet so often I lost count. Filipe answered all my questions great company was easy from day 1. I've already recommended them to friends. Less than 2 weeks and a new roof.

Hi, I am a retired army helicopter mechanic so I know nothing about roofs, a roof is a roof. This review will specify on the other aspects of the project. Thomas was our inspector and Katy was our site manager and Diana was our build teams representative . There are always hiccups with every project no matter how well you plan or how many times you've done it.

Thomas and the companies insurance department worked tirelessly with our insurance company and got our initial estimate from less than $800 to a full $20,000 replacement. That's right they have a entire department that solely focuses on dealing with the insurance company for you.

Thomas was quick to handle issues such as, why is this pallet of supplies here on my front lawn? The project date got moved back. And poof the supplier was back the same day to remove it. Any issues during the project were corrected immediately and any questions were answered either onsite by Diana or within a few hours by Katy when the answer wasn't known. Such as what are those raised areas on the peeks of the roof they weren't like that on the old roof? "Those are the roof vents we replaced the old style square ones you normally see with these they vent out more heat and help your house stay cooler". Awesome thank you!!

The build itself went relatively well. Minor tragedy of a couple of flowers getting squashed during demo day. But an old roof came off and a nice new one went on. But the care the team took to scour the yard and driveway with magnets on wheels and magnets on sticks for nails and picking up 99% of any debris, was exceptional. Sorry folks you can't get it all but they do try to.

Our roof has several steep angles to it but in 1 1/2 days they tore the old one off and put a new one on and were gone. It was like they were never there except for the awesome new roof we have.

There is only one area they need to work on and that is their internal communications between their production department, build teams, and suppliers. But these issues where barely noticeable on our end and were corrected quickly.

If you need a new roof or know someone who does, call Maven Roofing you won't be disappointed!!!

Highly recommend contacting Thomas with Maven Roofing for any roofing needs. Thomas has been to our house twice. The first time for a inspection and the second time was to give an estimate for replacing some vent boots. His professionalism and honesty far surpasses anyone else. He definitely has his clients best interest as his number one priority! Mavin Roofing as a whole has always been quick to respond and quick to complete the job.

Wish they had “0” stars because that’s what they deserve. Don’t let them fool you with the first visit. It’s a shame that this is a veteran owned company. Makes us veterans look bad. Nothing of what they promised was done. Representative was suppose to go up with the insurance inspector and she didn’t. Stood in the front yard for an hour on her iPad. Oh and got here late too. We have proof, cameras recording the entire time. Every time we call they are very nice and tell you what you want to hear. Said they will have inspector come back out if they had to, never did. Took month to reach back to us. Dealt with 5 different people and still nothing was done. Process started in May, and just now (August) have a final call.

Nate came through our neighborhood after some pretty rough storm damage hit our area, and offered us a free inspection. He worked to accomadate our schedule for the inspection and to discuss findings. He was very knowledgeable, polite, personable, and most all was not pushy, but rather did his best to listen and find something that would work within our needs and budget. While we are not in a rush to get our roof replaced at this time, when the time comes we will certainly be contacting him directly. Hands down, exceptional customer service. If you are need of a roof or roof repair I highly recommend giving them a call.

My Husband and I needed a new roof pretty bad. We called contractor after contractor to get a quote for our insurance and as you could guess, no one would show up. Thankfully, Thomas drove by and noticed our roof needed some TLC and offered to give us a free quote. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Super professional as well. Maven Roofing handled everything on the insurance end, we practically had to do nothing. Our brand new roof looks phenomenal, the team did an amazing job both on the roof and the clean up portion. My roof was replaced quickly. Spencer was very helpful and answered all my questions. Dave also was knowledgeable and professional. All the workers were courteous. The property was cleaned up after the roof was replaced.

This company is so professional and meticulous. They’re attention to detail was impressive. They were patient with me when I took an extra amount of time to select the roof color. The staff that worked with my insurance company was phenomenal. The job went quite smoothly, and the cleanup was beyond. Amazing I would highly recommend them for any and all roofing projects .

Had a storm roll through a couple weeks ago that did some pretty good damages to my neighbor. Maven was out and did a complementary inspection on my roof. Luckily no damages were sustained to my roof. Great people over there. Ask for Tony!
