After some initial trouble with communication about our needs, Bob Maupin personally came out to see our job and help get it solutioned (very tall home with siding). Job is still underway but the care and confidence in getting the job done the right way was very welcome.

Maupin Roofing replaced the roof on my home.  Working with Maupin's team member Loren Sanders, he provided answers to all my questions and was thorough going over the entire roof process. Manuel and his installation team were efficient and professional and provided end of day updates.  The project was completed in 2.5 days due to weather and daylight.  They were diligent in cleaning up afterward. Overall, I highly recommend Maupin Roofing for their excellent service and expertise in roofing.

The roofing crew and metal copper crew did an outstanding job replacing my roof! Wow, it looks great! And they did an outstanding job in cleanup! Zachary Jackson, Maupin Roofing representative, was most helpful and thorough in navigating the insurance process.

Maupin was being used in the neighborhood so I decided to try them out when I needed my roof and gutters replaced. They did a great job! If an issue came up or something didn't look quite right, I texted Zach and he got everything handled and corrected the same day. I didn't have to work with insurance much as Zach did majority for me. I had both my new roof and gutters completed along with a roof on our shed.

My handyman recommended Maupin when I needed my roof and gutters replaced and they were amazing! I didn't have to work with insurance (Zach did all of it for me). I signed with them on a Wednesday and they had both my new roof and gutters in by the Friday of the week after. Communication from Zach before, during, and after was great.

The roof looks fantastic; the crew didn't leave a single nail after replacing the roof. The gutters are perfect. Will recommend Maupin to anyone, they only use the best!

I had Maupin Construction replace a 10 x 10 insulated wellhouse that was damaged by a vehicle. They did a great job, the building is now, once again secure and weatherproof. I also had Maupin roofing replace my roof a few years back. We are also Very pleased with our new roof.

Maupin Roofing was recommended by a friend. They re-roofed the house, did some electrical re-wiring while roof was off, & replaced a few rotted boards. This is a big company, but Bob Maupin showed up every day of the job, helping his crew set up, coordinating subs, and even helping with cleanup. When a problem arose on the project, I texted Bob, who immediately dispatched a crew member, and then showed up himself just minutes later to insure everything was corrected. We have had several roofs installed over the years, but have never witnessed this level of customer service. Highly recommend this company!

My roof looks fantastic, BUT... Communication was poor throughout the process, & there was virtually no cleanup. The 'boy' walked around with a magnet and only grabbed what he saw. I picked up over 200 nails from the area around my driveway. They left materials behind, as well as scrap wood that I had to deal with. As soon as the payment was made it was Thanks for your business, and you'll never hear from our cleanup crew again... haha! Roof looks GREAT.. Clean-up Sucked!

After storm and hail damage our insurance company recommended the services of Maupin Roofing & Construction to provided the needed repairs to our house. It was good to know that Maupin's reputation has earned the confidence of the insurance industry.
Joe B came to our home to survey the damage and made his recommendations. He explained all the services and contract details up front. Maupin not only replaced our roof but served as the general contractor for repairs and replacement of gutters, windows, garage door, and siding. The subs for those services proved just as reliable as Maupin promised.
Although there were supply chain delays and related cost increases for materials, we did not have to pay more than what was agreed on in our first meeting. Joe kept us informed of all scheduled services and even represented us to the insurance company when there was a necessary repair that was not included by the adjuster.
Back in their office, Connie tracked and managed all of the financials. They are a good team and served us well.

Bob was out very quickly when I called about my roof needing replaced. They had a crew at work in less than a week. I also had some issues with needing more repairs than what the initial insurance adjuster had listed and Bob took care of it all for me.
