I can't recommend this company enough. First their customer service is excellent. Adam and Mike are there to ensure they understand exactly
what you want and need. Mike takes his time with you and values your concerns on the look and color of your roof. This is a family owned business who care. Their employees are also very hard working and nice. I used them in 2023 on one home and again Dec 2024 on my current home. Both times they did a Great Job!

AM Construction installed three replacement Pella patio doors for us. We love them! They are not only beautiful, but energy efficient as well. the installers left everything clean and tidy. They even removed and reinstalled my window treatments.
We will definitely be using this company for window replacements in the future. We highly recommend them.

This past fall, A and M Construction put windows and siding on our house and shed. We couldn’t be more happy with the craftsmanship! The crew was super nice, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend them to others and will utilize them in the future!!!

We had our existing patio door replaced with a replacement Pella door. The 3 man team worked together very efficiently, were polite and respectful of our home and patio deck floors. They cleaned up the job site and the door looks and functions perfectly. Highly recommend them. They do a far better job than the actual Pella service people we have had replace other windows.Highly recommended.

We have had a lot of work done on our house over the 12 years we have owned it. This is the very first time we have been happy with the quality of the work. We are actually VERY impressed with the craftsmanship and install of everything. Each person who has walked into our home to work has not only been professional, but friendly. They also clean up after themselves each and every day. That is a big relief for me so I don't have to do it everyday along with the other things I need to get done.

Even the outsourced professionals such as the plumber and tile guy was the same way. Great work done by all. I would highly recommend A.M. Construction for all your needs, you will not be disappointed.

Couldn't be happier with the finished product! AM construction was prompt, timely, responsive and on budget! The crews they employ are professional and trustworthy. The finishing of our basement went smoothly, with great communication during the entire build. The crew was extremely polite and took care to protect our furniture (which was in the middle of the build site!) and the rest of our house. Subcontractors (plumber/electrician) were quality and responsive. From the delivery crew to the finish carpenters everyone was just great! Highly recommend!!!!!

We had AM Construction Inc replace two sets of patio doors last week and we couldn't be happier with the results. We engaged the services of A M Construction for removal of a desk in our kitchen. The challenge was then to create a pantry of drawers and shelves with wood doors and the wood had to match exactly our existing cabinets. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! When we decided another cabinet needed to go, they removed another cabinet and had to add a door and wood trim that would match our wood again. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! We were given a quote beforehand for both jobs and paid exactly what was quoted. Fantastic job!! I would highly recommend A M Construction!!

We couldn't be more satisfied with our garage dry wall and paint project. Communication from the time of the estimate to the completion of the project was better than expected. The proposed schedule of the work was exactly as stated with the date and time. The workers were polite, informative and kept the area clean and neat. AM Consruction put in the cabinets many years ago. Since I have had the fronts re-stained and they look like new. Great work and service. I would use them again for the work I need done.

We had interior doors replaced with solid 6 panel doors and special trim. We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful upgrade and quality of product. The workers were respectful, pleasant, and professional. We also had a repair/sash replacement done on an older large bay window which is now good as new and saved us quite a bit compared to full replacement. We are very pleased with the work of A M Construction.

We couldn't be happier with the work by AM Construction. This summer, all of the windows in our 1949 Lannon Stone home were replaced. Upgrading from single pane windows with aluminum storm windows to Pella double hung meant we needed to replace all the interior window trim as well. The trim style and stain are an exact match our existing woodwork. Simply beautiful!

I added new windows to my condo and AM construction were 90% done within one day. They did come back the next day and finished up some of the trim as needed. All the contractors were professional, efficient and very nice. They answered all questions that I asked. When I had an issue with one of the blinds they came back and fixed them the next day. I would highly recommend AM construction to any one.

Window replacement was done professionally. Measured windows correctly and rechecked before ordering. Kept up to date on arrival of windows. Supply chain issues and length of time to get windows (6 months) was industry wide. Clint and crew did a terrific job on install and clean up. Would highly recommend.

A. M. Construction has done exceptional work for us. Our cottage needed work on failing joists. A. M. Construction's team led by Curt Read did an absolutely fantastic job. Their work was flawless. The team worked hard and got the work done amazingly quickly. Curt led the project and guided the team so well. Curt is wonderful to work with. A. M. Construction also completed a bathroom remodeling for us at the cottage. Despite having to work through the winter and with difficult snow-bound access, the project, again led by Curt, was done exceptionally well.

The crew was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, laid down runners on the floor so they would not track anything in. Quality was great, showed up when they said they where going to and finished up in a timely manner. Cannot say enough good things about them!

A.M. Construction has replaced our patio doors and all the windows in our condo. The Pella windows are high quality. The workmanship was impeccable. The workers were the least intrusive possible. They cleaned up after the job which left us in good "post construction" shape. I would recommend them to everyone.

I called A & M and asked them to come over to quote my kitchen remodel. We set a day and time (11/10/22). I took the morning off of work and waited for Jerrad to show up. He never showed. I called and he explained that he wrote it down on his calendar wrong. I gave him another chance and rescheduled (11/11/22).
When he showed up, he was knowledgeable and spent about 50 minutes discussing my project and taking dimensions. He told me that the quote may take some time since deer hunting was coming up in 2 weeks. The next contact we got from him was on 12/09/22, asking if he can send a flooring guy over to quote the flooring part. I said yes and scheduled the flooring guy to come in on 12/12/22. On 12/18/22 I sent him a message and asked if he had the quote ready or if he needed any other information from us.
Today is 01/04/23 and I haven’t received a quote or a message back from him. This is just my experience in trying to get a quote. These are enough red flags for me.

I hired AM Construction for two different projects and I am more than happy with the results!
Everyone was on time, pleasant and hard working.
Curt was the site manager and he kept me updated. If I had a question he responded in a timely manner with the information I was needing/wanting.

Good product selection, very fairly priced, great communication. Window replacements were done professionally and they were completely done in one day (four window units including custom trim). They cleaned up after they were done, left NO mess and removed all the old window materials. Very satisfied. Windows look great. Curt was the best!!

We had AM Construction install four sliding glass doors in our screened in porch. They have a quality product that suited our needs, was delivered right on time, then promptly and efficiently installed by skilled craftsmen. Great customer service. Guys on the job were professional and communicated as they found issues with rot around the windows... sent pictures etc. price was about 80% of the cost of going through another company for the exact same windows. So felt I saved a good amount of money. Some wood trim things were premodern and painted at the shop were cut short and when I noticed, they replaced them with no hassle. Would recommend and if/when I have windows to be done in the future. I will use them again.

AM had replaced two of our exterior doors over 2 years ago. One wasn’t closing just right (the other closed perfectly) and I finally contacted Curt and he came out right away to check it out. He then scheduled Todd to do the repair (had to remove and recut the threshold) and now it closes perfectly as well. Great service after the sale!

I found AM last year as a Pella windowed mine was broken and they were listed as a large Pella vendor. Curt Read was so helpful in replacing the window in what must have been a nuisance for them.

This week I needed a sort of emergency repairs as the snow melt uncovered some needed face board fixes etc and these touch ups were essential due to showing the home for sale. Curt came out in the rain, got supplies ordered and two skilled carpenters on this chore immediately and finished what turned out to be a 10 item “refresh” in two days. Great work, super service and A+ attitude. Much appreciated.

AM Construction just recently completed our basement finishing project. The experience could not have been better from the high quality of workmanship, the tremendous attitudes of employees and sub contractors to the creative thought and leadership of Project Manager Curt Read. Overall I don't believe I could ever beat the quality of what has been delivered for the cost we invested. Thanks again to Jim and his staff for a tremendous job. PS....I don't think our house has been as clean since as it was during this project.

A&M construction replaced our kitchen windows, updated our kitchen cabinets by making new custom made fronts, made a pantry out of a kitchen closet and replaced outside fascia boards with a maintenance free product.

A&M construction was wonderful to work with. Tarey (cabinets) met with us at our home to plan our kitchen update. He had great ideas on how to make our existing cabinets more efficient. Our kitchen was straight out of the 1950’s. Tarey turned an existing kitchen closet that served as the pantry into a much more usable space by putting in 2 pull out shelves along with 4 pullout drawers. The new pantry looks like it was always there. It blends in wonderfully with style of the kitchen.

The crew that did the installation was professional. They arrived on time and kept the work space very tidy. The crew even swept up the driveway at the end of the day.

We received excellent customer service.

I have for Months been trying to get a quote but today told them don't even bother. I am in need of getting new siding, windows, soffit and fascia. After weeks of calling and emailing I got just the windows quote and was told he would get back to me with the siding quote. It has now be almost three more weeks and have not heard back. If they didn't want the job they should have just told me instead of wasting my time. The first time he came out was November 5th it is now the second week in January and still don't have the quotes. I will be using a different company. They did do great work for my friend that's why I was going to use them, they just don't seem like they need or want the work.

In the last year we have used AM Construction for a number of projects on our home. We replaced old windows, remodeled our kitchen/dining room, and did a whole makeover to the outside of the house. With each of these projects we found the project manager and crew to be very professional and helpful. We were very pleased with the final outcome of all the projects. All of our concerns were efficiently addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them.

We struggled for years to get a company to repair a leaking window. A M Construction came out, within days returned with a quote and advised when they could replace the window and fix the siding that caused the leak. The crew was very professional and kept the construction area clean during the process. The repair is perfect and we cannot even tell there was a problem. I would highly recommend A M Construction for any building project for their professionalism and excellent work.

I would make this a zero rating if I could. We had this company come out to our house, took measurements and told us they would get back to us in four weeks. After six weeks, we received no calls and had to reach out. We were told we’d hear back in a week with a final estimate, but not surprising, have never heard from them again. Very disappointed in their professionalism, and recommend you not get your hopes up that they will help. Sounds like people are satisfied if and when they actually come through and do the work, but the first step is them being honest and doing what they say.

We were very pleased with the outcome of our window renovation project. We received professional and efficient service both from our project manager and installation crew. The estimate was right in target and the installation team was courteous and very thorough. Everything turned out great. We are very satisfied with the finished product. I met with two sales reps and talked about kitchen remodeling, siding trim work on garage, new front porch addition and window replacements. They came to our house for measurements and then never heard a word back. I called 7 times left messages, no reply. Going on 4 weeks now. How long does it take to quote windows and trim? Other places give you a quote on the spot. Kitchen and porch takes longer but still nothing yet. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find a professional construction company.

Highly recommend AM Const. Very professional from the first phone call to final completion of windows. Kurt was very knowledgeable of the widows, showed me many options that really fit into my budget. The installation crew were clean , professional and after they were finished with the job they cleaned making it look better than when they started.

They did the work as requested though they gave good guidance and advice on what would be needed. They were in contact as needed if there were issues and even if there were not. And the work they did for us, a garage, windows, siding and other small jobs was on time, in budget, and of good quality. I would not hesitate to hire A&M again.

A.M. Construction built a custom designed home for us, after reviewing many local builders, we decided to go with them. This was our third house built, our first house built with A.M. Construction. We are extremely pleased with the professional way it was handled from reviewing the drawings and the bids, to handing over the keys at the end. Impeccable quality and finish work throughout the entire process. I would say without hesitation one of the best builders in our area. We would highly recommend them with any size project.

Recently AM Construction redid our two deck doors. Very nice, and at a better price than Mad City offered.

We remodeled our outdated condominium and went with an open concept. A M Construction did a fantastic job of designing and fabricating our kitchen. They built the kitchen cabinets which gives the kitchen a custom look and feel. Features include an open display cabinet, a center island, snack bar with storage cabinets underneath, built in china hutch, a retractable shelf to store the mixer when not being used, and pull out garbage and recycle bins. We went with Pella windows, doors, and patio door to finish the living area. The windows are easy to clean and we love the fact that the blinds are inside the windows.
