We had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm on West Street in Keene, NH. We worked with Jessica who encouraged us to take our time trying out beds. We were interested in a Temper Pedic and she answered all of our questions about the various models. We purchased the LuxeAdapt Hybrid mattress and couldn't be happier with it. We will definitely go back to this same store the net time we are in the market for a mattress.

We thought the service was exceptional. The mattress is extremely comfortable and we bought the type of mattress that you can raise and lower to fit sleeping needs. We will be buying a second mattress from them in the near future.

The sales lady at the store on West Street where I purchased was great, however I had to go to a sister store in Keene to pick it up, the service, and attitude from the woman there is the reason I would never go back. Now from comfort mattress standpoint, I'm very happy with the purchase, hopefully this mattress will result in a great night's sleep!

I had a great experience shopping for a new mattress. My 20 year old mattress needed to go. Initially I purchased a Beautyrest and after getting it home I found it to be way to soft and to much pillow top. I felt awful having to return it but the sales people were wonderful and made the purchase of another one and the return easy and quick . Prices were in line with all other mattress retailers. Staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were not pushy at all and let me shop without any pressure to buy. I love my new Stearns and Foster. I would highly recommend the Keene NH Mattress Firm.

I bought mattress today. The sales person Was a lot of help, I Explain to him what I was looking for. It was really easy because he didn't pressure me to buy Right away. Came back the same day And bought mattress. I would strongly do business with them again.
