Zero problems with communication, never missed my call, and if they did, it was an answer within the hour at least explaining why they couldn't and when they would call back. Very thorough and VERY affordable. Just what I needed to feel assured that my new home would be properly built and configured. As someone who knows nothing about the business, he made me feel at ease knowing what could've gone wrong, didn't and I will be able to enjoy my home for years to come.

As someone who actively seeks great organization and phenomenal customer service in businesses, this company did not fall short. If you want quality home inspection for a great price and a phenomenal trustworthy inspector, go woth Matthews Home Inspection!
