I have worked with Matt Construction on two different Projects. We did some bridge repairs that were far more economical than replacement. We also did a bridge deck overlay that was the first in the Western Hemisphere using Ultra High Performance Concrete. This was a very high profile project involving a French Company, The Federal Highway Administration, The Iowa Department of Transportation, and Buchanan County. Both of these projects required flexibility and the ability to adapt to unknown conditions. Matt Construction did an outstanding job in all respects and I would be very pleased to work with them again.
