Deconstruction Works has been a subcontractor on several of Scott’s projects. Mathes-Hulme are easy to work with, and we appreciate their commitment to reuse and repurposing.

MHB built our new home in Marlboro, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The MHB team – especially Gabe, Aaron and Than – are skilled, professional and easy to work with. It was a true collaboration, as we shared ideas and weighed alternatives together. Their partners at Helm, especially Mel and Erin, kept everything on track and helped us make the countless decisions building a house requires. The house was completed on time and within the budget we agreed to, and we love it!

Scott Mathes and his team worked on renovations of our part old/part not farmhouse. Working with Scott was such a pleasure, we felt sad when he packed up and left. His work and that of his fabulous crew is meticulous and his problem-solving skills excellent. Communication was great, and Scott's intelligence, wealth of knowledge, and experience inform his work.
