We hired Mateos as our public adjustor and roofer for a hail event and the pictures they submitted to State Farm were too blurry for them to accept. Then, they quit citing that they realized they had spent too much time on the claim without making progress. Further, although they quit, I can't get a response that they release me from the agreement they quit on, nor a quote for cash replacement of the roof.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked with three (3) Lake Co roofing companies. All are out of business or only working on flat roofs now. I needed some minor repairs done on our office hip roof and thankfully found Mateos Roofing. Let me start by saying they are THE BEST! 12 hours after I called, Leo was out to take a look at my issues. He reviewed photos of the problems with me and gave me a quote. One day later I signed the proposal and his crews were out the next day. His crews are friendly, clean and knowledgeable. They were able to fix an issue other roofing companies could never get right. You have no idea what a relief it is to find an honest roofing company that is also family owned and local. Thanks to Leo and his crews for being so great to work with!

I usually don't write reviews but was so impressed with everything A to Z with Mateos Roofing, that I had to write something.
I had extensive work done at my home with Leo and couldn't be happier. His crews were professional, polite, efficient and "problem solved" any and all issues with this complex job. Very satisfied!
