Jeff, Mario and his crew are excellent. They priced exactly to quote (give or take a board or two- which with a house built in 1938 & last job done by owner was expected), and re did our entire siding. They're easy to work with, communicative and Mario's team worked from sun up to sun down ( I felt a little bad, they only took 1 lunch break). Our neighbors won't stop complinenting the great work they did and our house got great a face lift!! Hope to hire this same company for our roofing, that's how impressed we were. Jeff & his team never pushed us where others companies did for an upsell, and worked within our parameters of what we were looking for/wanted done. Travis provided excellent advice on choosing siding based on area needs; for example, he explained to us the importance of wind rating & after we got done, our neighbor's siding actually came off because of high winds so we really got to see immediately the importance of what he discussed. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

I contracted with Master’s Roofing and Siding to install new siding on our home. In less than 24 hours after we went online and signed up for more information, we were contacted by Master Roofing to schedule an appointment. Cole Gordon arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of both the attic and the roof. Cole was both professional and courteous as he explained the condition of our roof and outlined the options that fit our situation.

There was no pressure or heavy sales tactics. Cole priced everything out including all options and recommendations and explained the process of completing the job. We had virtually no wait time as we were scheduled for the project the same week we signed the contract.

Last summer I desperately needed a new roof. I worked closely with Truett on estimating and design and Jeff on execution. It came out perfectly. Three neighbors immediately asked who did the job because they want similar work.

After that experience I decided to use Master for new siding. They did a beautiful job. I’ve received countless compliments on the color and the work. (Truett is an excellent design consultant )

Finally, I had Master replace my front door and hardware. I couldn’t be happier.

Even the crews have been with Master Roofing for multiple generations. My crew arrived on time and was very respectful of our property ensuring all shrubbery was protected, then used ground sheets in front and back of the house to catch shingle debris. It was obvious they were highly skilled and professional. All work was done to code and completed on time. The crew thoroughly cleared the property before they left including raking the ground with a magnetic rake. I highly recommend Master Roofing and Siding for your roofing needs.

Master Roofing did a great job! Travis was a courteous professional whose team delivered a high-quality product for a reasonable price within the agreed timeline. After the work was completed, they removed every bit of debris. The roof looks great, and you could not tell my yard had been a work site when they completed the job.

Gutters are completely overflowing either due to them putting small gutters (and large downspouts when it would have been better to match both) or due to gutter screens installed incorrectly. I am now having to contact another company to remedy the issue given since I did not hear back from them when contacted recently.

We have been customers of Master Roofing for over 25 years and have always been very happy with their service, price, and workmanship. They have put roofs on at least 3 different homes for us, replaced windows, and performed various repairs.
Most recently we were dealing with multiple roof leaks, due to poorly designed connecting roofs and a poor choice of the roofing material initially used. Master Roofing evaluated the structures and came up with a good roofing solution. The new roof was installed as specified, on time, and with good job site clean-up. We no longer have to worry about roof leaks whenever there is a storm. In addition, after a recent wind storm, we had minor roof damage from a falling tree. Master Roofing came right out, evaluated, and repaired the damage. We gladly recommend them to friends and family.

You will not find a better and more reasonable company to provide you with the guidance and resources to roof your house. They provided the best estimate out of all the companies I had called. They have a payment plan and were willing to work with my busy schedule. I was hesitant to get a new roof even though I should have just bit the bullet a long time ago with them. They have a reasonable payment plan as well and worked directly with the owner. LOOK NO FURTHER!

We got an estimate last year and then this year got the money so went ahead. They were great loved the job and how it was done thanks so much

Fair -- their services are reasonably priced and they stand behind their work (they are right on it to fix anything that goes awry).
Friendly -- from receptionist to workers, they're just the kind of people you want to work with.
Excellence -- over the 16 years we've lived here, they've put on siding, roofing, done minor roof repairs, and replaced nearly all of our windows. The quality of their workmanship has exceeded our expectations every time. (shout out to Mr. Choe!!!)
Dependable -- they came when they were supposed to and finished on time.
Leave no trace -- how many roofing companies leave NO NAILS on your grass???? Not a single nail or scrap after they finished the work. Color us impressed!

Any questions? They're our go-to and our first recommendation. Period. Out of 5 stars, they're a 10.

We have used Master Roofing & Siding's services for over 22 years. Our first experience was with Mr. Floyd regarding installation of a gutter leaf guard system on our primary residence. 10 years afterwards we built a large addition and Master Roofing installed the new roof and re-roofed the existing roofs with their highest grade shingles. This now 12 year roof still looks brand new.. All gutters and downspouts were replaced too and an upgraded leaf guard system was part of the enhancements. When we bought a vacation home, the company replaced the entire roof with high quality Slate type rubber shingles that are virtually indistinguishable from much heavier (and expensive) slate. When we bought a home with our son in Old Town Alexandria about 2 1/2 years ago, we trusted the company with a pre-purchase roof inspection. Two years later they installed upgraded gutters with a leaf guard system as well as 2 new skylights. We have entrusted this company for over 22 years with all of our roofing needs and have found its estimating and actual installation service competitive, well executed and courteous. We never felt pressured. Taking this a step further: in a couple of instances we were advised to "not change or upgrade a thing, because your roofing system is in good shape". Honesty and no nonsense approach Mr. Floyd brings to doing business keeps us coming back. Generally, one gets what one pays for. This company goes beyond what's expected and delivers time and time again. We would highly recommend Master Roofing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a terrible experience today with Master Roofing & Siding. My husband made the appointment for a small roof repair and gutter cleaning. When the repair man called and asked to speak to my husband to let him know he would be arriving in 10 minutes, I told him my husband was not home but I (his wife) would be meeting him. (I was home alone with my infant when the work was scheduled.) Later I would regret telling him my husband was not home.

The repair man cleaned the gutters (without a hose) and did a shabby job on the minor repair (the piece of wood required a miter cut, but it was done with a straight edge leaving a 1"+ gap on one side). I would upload a picture into this review if I could.

When the repair was done the repair man made all the hair on the back of my neck stand up. He helped himself through the front door and a baby gate at the top of my stairs and followed me too close into my kitchen. I turned to get my checkbook and he was so close to me I nearly grazed him with my shoulder. I said, "Excuse Me!" and walked as fast as I could to the front yard. Flight or flight response triggered. My intuition told me to get myself in a public place ASAP. I wrote him a check (he requested the check be made out to him, Mark Davenport, not Master Roofing & Siding) from my front step in view of my neighbors and went inside to lock all my doors.
