We called Master Roofers to install skylights in our garage, soon to be renovated upstairs into an office. We had a challenging custom raised ridge, metal roof, with wide set panels that are not longer being made. Master Roofers did their very best to surgically remove our existing panels, install 2 beautiful skylights, and re-install the panels. The team was on time, cleaned up afterwards and were polite and professional. The PM Nick was great, kept me informed and the price was very reasonable given the value. The framing on the skylights themselves looks great and I love the light they bring to the space. At first some of the cuts made in the existing panels seemed "ugly" to me, but ultimately I understand our panels no longer exist, so this is the best option to not have to replace the whole roof. I also appreciated that the PM Nick called all over, trying to find panels as wide as ours, to no avail, but I appreciated the effort. Master Roofers does quality work, and they really go to extra mile to ensure you are 100% satisfied!! Highly recommend!!

Master Roofers was recommended to me by a handyman who was doing some work on a house I had listed for sale. The roof needed to be patched before some predicted rain, and when I contacted Master Roofers they were quick to respond (unlike several other roofers I had reached out to) and were able to take care of it the next day. Communication was fantastic, my seller said the person who actually did the work was very diligent, and the follow up was great. In 10 years of real estate sales and with my own house I've dealt with quite a few roofers, and this was one of the better experiences. I can't promise they'll get your job done the next day--that was probably a stroke of luck--but it's obvious that they take customer service and their work very seriously and will do whatever they can to keep customers happy. I highly recommend them, and will be recommending them to clients and colleagues in the future.

Having to have a roof replaced could have been a stressful experience but Master Roofers made it surprisingly easy. They were efficient, professional and possessed an attention to detail. In addition, their price was more than competitive...we highly recommend them!

Did everything that said and then some. The only way to tell that they ware there was the dumpster for the old roof. Professional done, quiet and neat. Master Roofers installed a new roof on our house 5 years ago. With the recent, heavy rains, there was a minor leak. The Kellys were dispatched and were here within an hour, on a Saturday, in the rain to troubleshoot. They came back at 8am the following Monday to add a sealer - all done under warranty. Master Roofers is a great company. They stand by their work. No wonder they've been in business 80 years.

Jim inspected our roof today to give us an estimate. Recently our insurance company notified us that since the roof was over 15 years old, the coverage will be reduced in case of damage. Jim said our roof is in good condition and has at least another 10 years left on it barring any unforeseen events. We really appreciate his honesty and we’re going to get more detailed information from the insurance about their prorated coverage before we make a decision. When we get a new roof it will definitely be with Master Roofers.

The work that Master Roofers does is done well and on time. I did encounter a billing discrepancy with the company and was immediately called by a project manager who solved the problem immediately.

We had a potential ice dam,that we called Master Roofers about and they came the very next day with 2 guys who did a very good job. They spent about one hour breaking up 2 feet of ice and cleared all the ice and snow away.

Joel and Bud Kelly came to our church building at 30 Merrimack Rd, Amherst NH to help repair some leaks in our asphalt roof that was installed by another organization in 2010. They quickly identified the source of the leaks and professionally repaired the damage caused by severe weather. What a team! They were to arrive at 8 am, they arrived ten of and was on the roof starting the work right at 8 am. You will not find a harder working group of people, new roof was installed a month ago and still impressed by this team.

Dan and Tim came to fix our roof in a snowstorm. They came at the appointed time to let us know that they would be back as soon as the snow stopped, and two hours later, there they were again! Roofing for house & garage, and skylights took about 2 full days. Gutters getting done another day.

Chris went out of his way, whether part of the job or not, to check on various replacement parts from various stores for rotted/damaged pieces, keeping costs low, and best alternatives.

The skylights also got replaced, work excellent, and the paint finish for them came out perfect. They cleaned up after and made sure during the process that no property in areas like the garage were damaged.

We had five Velux windows installed which required working inside the house and we were very comfortable with them in the house. The staff and and installers at Master Roofers took care of replacing a flat rubber roof at my house. Throughout the process, the responses were prompt, the work was professional (clean install and no mess left behind) and the follow up was thorough when I had questions about the possibility installing solar panels on such a roof. Great company!

Master roofers did an unbelievable job. Not only was the attention to detail with any rotten parts of the roof or areas they needed to repair impeccable, but it was quite a difference compared to another roofing project I did. The other project Team did not pick up all the nails after themselves and I think it caused the flat tire, where I back up over the yard at times. These guys put tarps down all around the house and use multiple types of magnets to pick up any nails that they missed. I have a large magnet with wheels that I rolled around the house after they left and I couldn’t find a single nail.

Their concept of using better materials and being much more comprehensive in the structural process analysis surpassed my expectations. The roof not only looks perfect and is getting compliments, but I have a great degree of confidence and it was to the highest level of quality. My last roof lasted about 15 years, which was far too short and I can tell this one is going to last very long time.

They drive their company branded vehicle recklessly. They were swerving in and out of lanes going 90mph on Rt3 North, blasted through the Toll booth area at 45+ mph, cut off multiple people to get back into the passing lane where they camped out while occasionally slamming on their brakes. I couldn't get away from this guy fast enough.

I see drivers every day driving like they couldn't care less about the people and other cars around them BUT I don't usually see people dumb enough to do it in company branded vehicles. They should be ashamed. Hire a company that drives respectfully, that cares about the other people on the road. Avoid.

Edit: I did actually call and leave a message at the time that it happened. I got the phone number right off of the side of the truck. Check your voicemails, I left one this morning. I also have a photo of the truck, and along with that photo the location coordinates are listed as 42.880322,-71.484694 which is on the Everett Turnpike heading north, in Merrimack NH. This was absolutely your company's vehicle, driving recklessly.

After reporting a peculiar warping of a composite framing board to the office, roofing Technicians Justin and Anthony quickly responded and solved the problem. I missed the phone call asking if I had paint, so they matched the color, painted and left my roof in great shape. Great professional and friendly personalized service.

The Master Roofers Team did a good job on an old business sign removal. Showed up early and worked a full day until done. Safety and care for property was taken by the Team and all went as planned. Would use them again.
