Great experience with Master Pro Services. Carlos was quick to respond and came out the same day to assess my leaking skylight. While it was a small repair job for his company, Carlos still squeezed us into his schedule and completed the repairs himself. He worked with what we had and was very honest about the condition of our skylights and roof, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He also texted me the day after a hard rain to ensure his work had held up and there were no leaks. I couldn’t be more impressed with Carlos and his company, and highly recommend them.

Carlos came out, gave estimate that was very reasonable. He then came out a few weeks later. He and his team fixed the leak issue in just a few hours. The cleaned up and were gone. They did a great job, and no more leaks since then! I would highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs, small to replacing the entire roof.

Carlos has done all of houses we’ve remodeled since 2016. Whether it was fixing a few shingles or changing the entire roof, Carlos always did excellent work. We had a leaky roof in our old Jackson Ward house. Carlos and his team tore out the old roof, installed insulation and the new roof in just ONE DAY. Can't say enough about how professional, courteous and FAST they did this work, just in time before the next rain storm!

Master Pro installed new gutters on the front and side of our house (no gutters there originally). Carlos responded quickly to give an estimate (very reasonable price!), made some recommendations about downspouts, and we had new gutters a week later. Now that we have had some heavy rain, we see that the gutters work perfectly and will make our front porch usable in all kinds of weather. We are very happy with the work and we highly recommend Master Pro!

Master Pro Services is outstanding!! They replaced my roof a few days ago and I must say Carlos and his team are incredible. He took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions when he was giving me an estimate and guarantee..Master Pro was also the best value out 5 estimates that I had done on the property.. Very easy to get along with and kept me updated.They started early and worked non stop and finished in two days. I was also impressed by the fact that his team followed best safety practices the entire time they were working which shows that Carlos values the well being of his workers and well as the homeowner.

Very personable and professional. Great communication. They made every attempt to ensure that my roof repair was scheduled at a time that fit my schedule. My roof can be tricky to climb however Master Pro (after getting the correct climb) did so with no problem and without "adjusting the price". I had multiple shingles replaced and nailed and Master Pro was there to answer all of my questions. I did forget to ask them to inspect my attic/rest of roof and they didn't mention anything else that needed attention outside of a vent cover so I am hoping everything has now been nailed properly.
