I needed a partial roof replacement and I’m completely satisfied with the work that was done. The final product blends in perfectly with the older roof. They were able to remove my leaking sky light and replace all the flashings on the exhaust pipes. Excellent and professional service.

Needed someone to come fix a shingle that was hanging off. Was a simple fix and most places were wanting to charge us way more than needed. I contacted Mason Company Roofing and Marc came out the next day to give me an estimate and ended up fixing it on the spot! So professional, courteous, and kind. We had some bad wind that blew our ridge cap off. The guys that originally did our roof aren’t around anymore. One of my friends recommended Mr. Mason. He was out the next morning and had it fixed . When the time comes to replace the roof, we know exactly who we’ll use.

The team did a phenomenal job. They were out promptly to provide me with an estimate and gave me great suggestions on how to make it affordable. They received the materials quickly and were able to install my new roof in one day. I highly recommend this company as they are professional, courteous, clean, and prompt.

I called this company a few months back and they sent their estimator out promptly to get an estimate of repairs and we signed a contract. Mark (estimator and owners son) had a contract that he asked us to sign for the proposed cost and before he left he told me they would repair our gutters in two weeks or less. Three weeks, then four, and more went by…crickets. I called the owner and he stated an employee was stealing from him and was fired (the one he says would do the work), and so he had to find another guy but stated “Sheldon” would be out to fix the gutters for us and could do it the next day. No one showed up ever. I called back two weeks later and was told to call Mark and schedule again. Mark stated AGAIN that it would be the following week and he’d be out to fix it himself. No show. I called this company five times and spoke to the owner 3 times who pushed me off in Mark his son, who always had an excuse for not doing the work. Now, we have damage to our ceiling in a bedroom due to water leaking into the house from the torrential rains we have had since signing this contract with Mason Roofing. I called once again today and spoke to Mark who stated he had been ill this past (week) and that’s the reason he hadn’t been out. Again, no correspondence whatsoever from this company letting us know they AGAIN would not be coming to repair the house. We are looking at possibly major damage to our home now due to their negligence. Upon contacting Mark today I asked that he void our contract because this company is negligent, not timely, and not able to be relied upon. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am sure in the last few months they’ve made it out to their higher payout jobs. Customer service is not their focus. Very disappointed!!!

I appreciate the professionalsim and honesty with this company. I had a dilemma and called Mason roofing first thing in the am and Marc came later that afternoon. Marc was very professional and gave me plenty of options to figure out the best solution.

We are repeat customers of Mason Company of Virginia. Marc and his crew we very professional, timely, and detailed oriented. Marc was flexible and accommodated our on-site estimate scheduling request. Marc explained the roof inspection and estimate thoroughly. The free estimate quote was emailed the same day. Once we were ready to move ahead with the job we called Marc and was scheduled in less than 1 week. The crew started the job around 8am and was finished by 1pm (same-day). They covered the perimeter with tarps to contain the debris during the job. After the job they cleaned up perfectly. Thanks again Marc, Family, and Mason Company Crew for a job well done.

Mason Company has been very easy to work with. I contacted them to give me an estimate to replace my roof, Marc came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable in what we needed and worked up the estimate quickly. Mason Company had the best price and also the best fit for us personally. We were put on the schedule, they came on time as scheduled and did the full replacement in 2 days. Whenever I called he would
answer any questions I might have and come by if needed. He also suggested an employee of his to do a full master bathroom remodel. Greg was able to get to us in a short time period and get the job done, which we are very pleased with. Next month they are going to start another project for us, enlarge our screen porch and tear down our old deck and put in a new smaller deck. I'm looking forward to working with them again. I highly recommend working with Mason Company! The best part is they treat us like family and we really appreciate all their hard work!

They have great communication and their customer service is the best. Marc was willing to me the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof and help with getting the repairs approved. Always willing to make time for whatever was needed to meet, inspect, go over options for new roof. Would highly recommend.
