The quote, scheduling, and roof replacement went smoothly and quickly! Due to a cancellation, they got us in the next day for the work. This was great news since we had been having some leaks. Vinton roofing completed my roof yesterday. They said one day and they started about 6:00am and completed by 4:00pm. The workers were great and worked constantly till they completed the job. Vinton Roofing made this whole process a very pleasant experience. It started with a no pressure information and roof evaluation process where Mr. Webb patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with both roofing tiles color samples as well as a list of area homes with the different color roofing tiles to aid us in our selection of the roofing tile color that best match our home exterior.

Once we selected the new color for our roof we contacted Mr. Webb and he scheduled a date that worked best in our personal schedules. The Vinton Roofing work crew showed up as scheduled and all members of the crew conducted themselves in a professional manner. They worked diligently in tearing off our old roof, the prep work for the new roof, laying the new work as well as doing extra incidentals such as cleaning out our gutters! (Which old retired fat man truly appreciated!) After the new roof was on the crew then cleaned up the area so it looked like no one was ever there.-

All in all Vinton Roofing provided great guidance and service! I highly recommend them if you are in need of a roof and I won’t hesitate recommending them to my family members and friends.

Came out and actually got on our roof to assess the problem unlike another local company. Found at sealed small nail holes causing leak for free and offered a reasonable quote for a permanent repair after other company quoted us $ thousands. Will call Vinton Roofing Company again.

Vinton sent Kenny out to our house today to assess an unusual repair that ended up being more of a gutter issue so that it is something that they are not set up to do. Nevertheless Kenny spend nearly an hour inspecting and suggesting ways that we could approach the repair. It is very reassuring to us as we move forward on the repair to know that we have an unbiased and professional assessment. Not to mention that Kenny is just a great person so meet. Btw, there was no charge. Vinton is high on my list the next time a roofing problem come us for us.

We're so happy we contacted Vinton Roofing for our small leak. Kenny came here on time, got on the roof in very hot weather and immediately identified the problem. It was a roofing nail that punctured a shingle which led to it leaking into our dining room. He also immediately fixed the problem which we are beyond grateful for. He also mentioned potential issues we might face in the future and also suggested a fix for that.

Chris S gave us an estimate in late April, telling us that it would br 6 to 8 weeks before work could begin. Then we had so much rain in May and early June that I thought work would be delayed a bit more. No! His crew came on June 11, spent 6 hours putting on a beautiful roof, and another hour combing the yard for roofing nails. The yard was pristine when the crew left. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Excellent reputation. Roofers were very hard workers and very courteous and on a very hot day. Jason was knowledgeable and honest. They take photos of any damage they uncover and photos of the repairs they make. I’m pleased with the company and the roof looks great! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Vinton Roofing was recommended to me by several acquaintances and I can see why.

We had a very minor leak on a second story roof, which ended up being nothing more than an improperly nailed down board. Kenny Brown immediately took care of our issue and explained what had occurred, with pictures, so that I never had to venture onto the roof. He also identified a few other small issues and suggested repairs in the near future.

They were polite, on time, and most importantly they diagnosed the problem with my roof and fixed it. They even found some other problems that I wasn't aware of and they fixed those problems as well.

This was our first new roof and I was a bit stressed about it but Jason made it a very easy process. Jason was responsive, informative, and flexible. What a DAY! A great day and a great roofing experience. First there were a couple of visits to assess, measure and make some recommendations. Then materials arrived about 3 weeks later and we made the date for the roofing to happen.... and it did that very week and it was done in a day! They moved potted plants and patio furniture and Chris who was involved in every previous visit was on site to make sure that he, the lead roofer and I had a meeting of the minds. Great crew worked hard and were a pleasure to interact with and my patio, yard, and driveway were cleaner than when they arrived.

My experience with Vinton Roofing was excellent. The evaluation of my roof wa professional and exact. Other companies seemed to be looking for potential problems when Vinton Roofing didn't do that, they pointed out exactly what they were going to do and did it. The workers were here for 13 hours and used the flashlight on their cell phones for clean up after it got dark. I went out the next morning not knowing what I would find because of how late it was when they left. My yard looked great! I am definitely going to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.

Of all the estimates we got, Chris with Vinton Roofing gave the most professional and detailed and honest and made the decision easy. The crew they sent to do the job of replacing the house roof, carport roof and a shed roof was also very professional. They replaced over 26 boards, the shed in particular has an entirely new roof. One of the reasons we ultimately chose Vinton Roofing was because they used a hammer instead of a nail gun allowing for more accuracy and ultimately longevity. Even though this process takes longer, this crew, led by Casey, completed the job in 10 hours. We couldn't find any trash which is another testimont to their professionalism. We couldn't be more satisfied with Vinton Roofing, they did a great job from start to finish.

We are still waiting 18 months after installation for tiles that were raised upon installation to be repaired. We have sent numerous photos as per request and all we keep getting in response is "leave it with me and I'll get back with you". No inspections have been done on the roof after the first year, as was pitched to us by the salesman.
