Working with Luis was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure our deck was not only beautiful but—most importantly—safe and structurally sound. His attention to detail and pride in his workmanship are evident in every board and bracket.

The project included reinforcing the existing deck structure before replacing the floor decking, installing crucial middle post supports that had been missing, and adding metal flashing to protect the home’s sill plate from future water damage. Nenuz approached every step of the job with care, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Mr. Nunez came to my home on a windy cold day yo repair my roof that was leaking and coming off. He came the same day and patched my roof to prevent further damage. He then returned yo make sure my roof was fixed properly. I highly recommend Mr. Ninez for any repairs you may need. He does excellent work.

Luis Nunez is top notch! One of the hardest working people I've ever met. He replaced our roof, covered our deck and built a Florida room. Everything was amazing and done in a month. Every nail from the old roof was picked up. Every piece of trash was hauled away. He is very honest and we will always use him for future projects

Luis and crew are the best! They are definitely drywall experts! They did a fantastic job with repairing holes in ceiling and walls, drywalling out a huge hvac hose, replacing flooring in bathroom, all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in near future.

I was losing sleep over house projects. I felt overwhelmed and worried about my windows. They are beautiful and old and were about to fall out. Nunez Home Improvements to the rescue!

I also had significant window sill dry rot on two windows. I was concerned about the rot. Luis was concerned about safety! I now have safe egress from my basement in the event of a fire!

I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Nunez Home Improvement is the best! I hired them to completely renovate a condo unit in an old 1930's building that needed virtually everything done. They started on time, worked to completion in record time, and did fabulous work. I'm in NC and was concerned about how to monitor the work, but no problems! I got daily updates of all work including photos of work done and was consulted on all changes and adjustments. They did interior painting, deep cleaning, wood floor refinishing, new flooring in bath & kitchen, kitchen updates (including painting cabinets and countertops), wood repair on porch, and many other items. This is a most professional company that truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly on time and for a fair price.

Replace the siding on the whole entire side of my house and painted it awesome value great work super responsive and on top of that very innovative and his work. His crew was on time everyday and got the job done. Can’t wait to design a new party deck with him.
