Mason Company Roofing - Wirtz, VA

Worked with Jack at the Mason Company to get out gutters with extreme gutter guards. Jack was great to work with from the beginning and stayed in communication, installers were here early and got the job done. They let me know when they were done and all very respectful. Jack followed up after install which is huge - in todays world with how busy this industry is to follow up is great customer service! Would recommend The Mason Company to all of my friends and family.

Marc Mason and his crew did an incredible job for us! Marc was great to work with, honest, reliable and forthright about any issues. His crew was professional, courteous and did an excellent job with the cleanup. Job was scheduled within a week of getting the estimate (we got 5 estimates before choosing Mason Roofing) and they finished in a day. Would recommend to anyone who needed roofing!

Mason company was so helpful and friendly they came and fixed my roof that my builder had messed up put up my gutters and snow guards they were fast getting there and the work was excellent and price was amazing great bunch will use them from now on they Rock

Great experience. First, Marc answered the phone instead of an answering machine! He came and quickly determined the source of a roof leak. He didn’t try to oversell the situation. His team came and made the repairs quickly and professionally. The cost was less than I expected. It has rained a lot since the repair and the leak has not returned. I will use them again in the future as the roof ages. Thank you, Marc.

Marc came out to our place to inspect some potential damage from a storm and to look at some other odds and ends for us. He was punctual, courteous, and eager to help. After looking at our issues he was super honest and let me know that the repairs were likely something I could do on my own and may be in my best interest to do so. I appreciate that amount of candor and honesty from someone. Will definitely be calling again for any services

We worked with Marc in Roanoke through a very difficult process with our insurance company. He was helpful every step of the way. We have built homes in the past and have had many contacts with the construction industry. Marc's responsiveness stands out amongst the very best. Our entire roof was replaced and it was done professionally and efficiently. We definitely would recommend Mason Roofing.

Our roof was old and leaked. Mason had done work for a friend and I have to say from the estimate, to the actual roof installation (we had more damage than expected and they talked to us about what would be the best solution), the final clean-up and their follow-up after the work was done. Professional, attentive, and they care about you as their customer. Mason Company of Virginia is who to call!

Estimate was not done completely. Scheduling was a nightmare. My yard was treated like an ashtray and trashcan. Eating raw veggies is a good thing, but pieces were thrown in my yard with their cigarette butts. I have a small dog, so I had to pick up their mess before taking him out. I was called crazy and then f--- you was used at me several times. I was told I should know what I needed for the replacement of my gutters, how would I know! So repairs were needed, to new gutters they installed, the 2 men that came to do repairs to new gutters ended up pulling up the shingles. Now I'm waiting for a strong gust of wind. Sorry excuses were given to me. They cannot accept responsibility for their actions or actually the lack of. I will not recommend them. My next step is contacting the BBB. They are horrible and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE Mason Company of Virginia. Before they stopped all communication, we had shingles flapping in the wind that have since broken off, many other issues left unaddressed, as well as damage to our home while performing the work. Our new roof is less than 2 years old and leaks. During a home inspection the roof was found to be improperly installed. We have been left without the 30 year product warranty or 2 year labor warranty we were to receive which Mason Company is not honoring. This experience has caused us to ask ourselves why we ever trusted this “Certified” GAF contractor. For a major investment that was to protect our home and provide “peace of mind”, instead Mason Company performed substandard work found NOT to be in a “good and workmanlike manner”.

Mason Company exceeded my expectations in every way! Their customer service is exceptional and their work professional. Their employees work long and hard in the hottest weather! They took care to safeguard my property and did a great job at cleaning up. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just had our roof replaced today and could not be happier with the results. Marc, Matt and the job supervisor, Edwin, were fantastic to work with. The team cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. Top notch and a great price to boot.

Truly respect and appreciate this local company. Marc is top notch- accessible, flexible, and does solid work. I had Mason Company build stairs of my back deck last January and this year they replaced my roof. I highly recommend Mason Company for all your projects.

Marc and his team did a fabulous job with our new roof. He was quick to return my call when I called for a free estimate —punctual and informative upon doing the estimate— the one day installation went very smooth and the crew was courteous and did a great job with the install and clean up .
