Our sunroom was completed in September 2023 and it has completely transformed our house. We had a wonderful experience working with Maryland Sunrooms. Mike was honest with us from the beginning about the long lead time. He also helped us navigate the process of applying for a variance so that we were able to fully utilize the space on our corner lot despite the inconvenient placement of our house. We didn't even know this was an option, and it made a huge difference. I really liked the use of Smartsheet, which allowed us to see when we could expect certain tasks to be completed. Oscar and Pedro worked on our sunroom and they did a fantastic job. They always arrived early in the morning to get started, and left the job site clean each day. We also had a good experience working with Pete. He was always very responsive to questions. Since the work was completed, we had one issue with one of the windows but they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of adding a sunroom to your home!

Maryland Sunrooms provided and installed 3 motorized screens for our deck roof addition to our back deck. They worked seamlessly with our construction contractor, providing all necessary dimension requirements to ensure final constructed roof/column configuration accepted the motorized screens and tracks. Maryland Sunroom installation personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, capable and courteous throughout the install and responded in a timely manner on 2 separate occasions following the initial install to make minor adjustments. Pete Cook, our Maryland Sunroom representative, was available and responsive and made sure our motorized screen installation was a complete success. I highly recommend Maryland Sunrooms.
