I was very happy with MD Sunrooms. I was of course unhappy with the tie from beginning to end due to COVID issues with materials. Everyone was very kind and professional and listened to my ideas and concerns. For the future, I would suggest being a little more clear about who my contact person is by stating that upfront with a phone number, but once I called the office, they helped immediately. We LOVE our Liferoom and are very pleased with our experience.

Maryland Sunrooms - Saul and team was really responsive and professional in their approach. Even if there were issues, the issues were addressed and handled. Timing is hard to predict especially right now due to supply issues out of their control. I would highly recommend this company - just be patient, open the communication lines and double check back on the orders to get your project done. That double checking could have saved my project timeline. Overall - Great company and would highly recommend.

Maryland Sunrooms completed a patio cover for my home. The crew was outstanding! My project was completed within the timeframe I expected, minus the weather we received from the hurricane bands. The quality of their work is great!!!

We had known for a while that we intended to get a sunroom, and looked at Maryland Sunrooms as well as Patio Enclosures and a general contractor. For the quality and price we were looking for Maryland Sunrooms was clearly above the competition, and we never regretted going with them. From our initial discussions with them, through signing the contract, all the way to the completion of the project and beyond what we appreciated most was that we were able to always communicate directly with Mike, the owner, and Pete, our project supervisor and they were always responsive and helpful. On top of that, we were beyond impressed and pleased with Saul, who actually did almost the entire construction himself besides pouring the slab and running the electrical, which they subcontract out. He's incredibly talented and was so wonderfully easy to work with, which was especially important as we were coordinating siding and gutters contractors and plumbers as well to do work in conjunction with the sunroom.

The final result is simply stunning, and we have no regrets at all about a year out. We'd happily recommend Maryland Sunrooms to anyone.

Maryland Sunrooms recently installed a four seasons sunroom at our home and we are loving it.

Everyone from Adam, Sara, Pete, Tony & Santana were great to work with and incredibly pleasant.

Our primary builders, Tony & Santana were the best! Very professional, pleasant, and true craftsmen. They paid attention to details and kept us abreast of each step along the way. They answered every question we had, and if they didn’t know the answer at that moment, they made certain to get us the information. When the project ended, we were sad to see them leave.

Sara at the office, is the most pleasant lady ever. She was always very helpful and delightful to speak with. She was our main contact at the office and always very responsive to our needs.

Now that the room is built, we’re having the floors tiled and adding drywall to the back of the house – where the sunroom was built. So, although it’s not totally finished, and we only have a couple of plastic chairs, we have already started sitting inside the room daily to simply relax, daydream, and smile. Having a sunroom was something my mother always wanted but couldn’t afford, and the room makes me think of her and it’s a wonderful feeling.

Neighbors, family, and friends keep telling us just how beautiful the room is. I look forward to the fall & winter so we can comfortably enjoy all four seasons w/o being outside.

From start to finish, Maryland Sunrooms provided us with terrific service. We were able to choose a design that fit perfectly with our unique needs for our site and budget. The finished product is exactly what we expected. Direct communication with project managers helped us feel confident throughout the building process even during the unusual circumstances of the pandemic.

The entire staff has been responsive and professional throughout the process of removing our tree-damaged solarium and installing a new sunroom. The construction worker's were polite, very focused and professional in performing their daily tasks on site. At the end of each day the site was cleaned up and secured.

We worked with them in the past and we had a great experience. We know we can be difficult and indecisive at times yet they were accommodating every time. We didn't shop around but we were happy from day 1 so we never needed to look elsewhere. I would definitely work with them again.

We were extremely pleased with the sunroom that was added to our home. Both Josh and Santana did an outstanding job day after day. They were always very pleasant, punctual, and worked very hard. Any questions we had they happily answered. If we had questions or concerns they couldn't answer they would have someone else give a call. We are loving our room. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.

From Dec 2019 - Feb 2020, Maryland Sunrooms added a beautiful sunroom to our home. They tore down the deck off of our kitchen and installed a gorgeous 4-Season sunroom. We absolutely love it! The workers arrived on time, they regularly kept us up-to-date regarding the schedule and the workmanship is excellent. We really enjoyed seeing the progress made on a weekly basis. The installation crew were exceptional. Prompt, courteous, skilled, always responded to questions in a polite manner, and made sure it was a high quality installation for the company. All the other staff and managers and site supervisors were also wonderful to work with. We even had them sign their work of art! It’s a beautiful space.
