Chris and his friendly crew completely demo'd and renovated our kitchen to our complete satisfaction. He also installed two faux hardwood floors and renovated our laundry room.Today 2 of his men, Jimmy and Gary tore out and restored the edging all around our garage pvc instead of wood. No more rot, no more painting! As you see, we have used their services repeatedly and have been very pleased with their work, always. Oh, they also installed tile in our entrance way and got rid of age-old faux brick linoleum. We certainly recommend them highly! Thanks, guys, yet again!

Chris made the process of replacing the roof on my house so easy! It's my old house I'm currently renting and I wasn't able to be there. He worked with the tenant and insurance company, keeping me updated and sending me pictures at each step. I definitely appreciated how he worked with me to stay within my budget. Mr. Coats is fantastic. He came out late at night to resolve an emergency plumbing situation/busted pipe/basement flooding. I appreciated that he answered the phone call himself and was also responsive via text. When the situation escalated, he dropped everything to get here and got us fixed up quickly. He explained everything very thoroughly and his prices were fair. We will be calling him again for (hopefully) non emergency issues in the near future.

You can choose a national company. You can choose a reputable company that’s owned by corporation or you can work with a local privately owned construction company to do your remodeling and that’s what I chose to do was use a privately owned business that did a magnificent job on my kitchen. I had my kitchen done, hardwood floors, cabinets, recess lights under cabinet lights and the prices was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone and if they like they can come look at mine because I am so proud of it, but I can’t believe that I got this job done for such a good price And they guarantee that work that’s what’s important anytime you have a problem. The owner will come by necessary and check it out and repair replaced so I couldn’t thought of a better choice and I’m so glad that I went with the Maryland reservations greatest thank you guys. You’ve been great and your company employees represent your company wellthank you again.

My wife and I contracted Chris with Maryland Renovations and More to completely design and construct a brand new custom kitchen. From the beginning of the process till the end they fulfilled every request we could throw at them. Created a kitchen that we both love. The crew was willing to take on extra work we asked of them while doing what we contracted them. Soon after the earned a second contract from us. Complete bathroom renovation and repainting of over 70 percent of our home. Just sorry we've run out of projects at this time. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Hired to help me do a unique remodel in my basement. They were very responsive and did a great job dealing with my very specific requests. Always happy to come back and fix anything that wasn't exactly the way I wanted. The room came out great!

I will start out by saying the Chris and his employees have performed multiple jobs for me! My kitchen was done as well as my entire roof and gutters. I would recommend him and his team 100%.
