Martorano Roofing

This roofing company came out to replace the roof at my workplace. While I was outside working, one of the men working started saying things like “baby baby come to me” and commenting on my legs. When I told my boss she spoke to the foreman who said he heard the comments and told the man not to say those things. I never received an apology from the foreman and he did not send the man home. Also the workers were taking turns peeing into the edge of the property even though there was a bathroom available.

Wow, would never recommend this company. Called to ask about some repair work. My phone was having an issue that required me to restart to complete the call. The owner answered the phone and did not say anything at all. I asked if it was the correct number for Martorano Roofing and his response was "Yes, what do you want!" I apologized for the previous call disconnecting because of a phone issue and he responded "do you need a roof job or what?" I said yes, i have a..when he interrupted me and told me "i don't need you calling me and wasting my time while I am busy." He then hung up on me. Don't use this guy, he obviously has no level of customer service or professionalism. Maybe next time he is busy rather than being rude he should put his phone down or dont answer and allow the caller to leave a message. Guess I dodged a bullet that he didnt have enough foresight to do this.

Very happy with this experience. 16 workers showed up this morning at 7:30 and they were out by 2. Very clean, efficient team who is highly concerned about protecting your property. (The plywood keeps debris from damaging the windows) Would never know they had even been here after they were done. Went above and beyond to do small things like paint out the red brick chimney at my request. Would recommend for sure.
