Martinelli Building and Contracting totally renovated our kitchen and primary bath along with a refresh ( painting, new cabinet front, lighting and vanity top) of a hall bath. The kitchen renovation required the removal of a load bearing wall to open up the space. He also replaced carpet in three bedrooms, installed hardwood floors, refinished the existing hardwoods and painted the interior living space. Adam was very detail oriented. He was organized, creative, dependable, professional, timely and experienced. The skills of his crew also reflected his high standards. They were always on time, worked steadily while on the job and left their work area neat at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend his company to anyone in the market to build or renovate a home.

I highly recommend Martinelli Building & Contracting! They are well known for new builds, as well as smaller renovation & repair projects. Recently I used them for window & skylight replacement. The work that was done was top notch. They were always on time & were onsite everyday until the project was completed. They stand behind their work to make sure the customer is satisfied. Will absolutely use them again! I have repairs needed on my deck on which previous estimates from other contractors were way too high. Adam came up with a creative solution to make the needed repairs without replacing the entire deck that no one else suggested. Solid, quality professional team!

We have used Martinelli Building and Contracting for a variety of projects at our vacation home on IOP. We were one of their first customers back in 2016 when they did a complete residing for us which included removing an old chimney and fixing a number of other issues they found along the way. Since then, we have used them to completely rebuild a pool deck and front porch, roof repairs, replacing exterior doors, and a complete teardown/rebuild of our family room to the wall studs and ceiling joists to repair some lingering water issues. They are willing to tackle tough projects and they keep a close eye of their contractors to ensure a quality job. The issues that have arisen have been handled professionally and with the objective of making it right even when it meant more work for them. Probably the best thing we can say about Adam and his team is that we trust them to do a great job and we don’t feel we need to be constantly looking over their shoulder.

Martinelli Building did roof repair work on all three condo buildings in my condo complex. Being on the HOA board they were great to deal with during the repairs. They came out quickly and ended up replacing all three roofs for us. They were the best price we found in the Charleston area! Very professional and knowledgeable.
