This review could easily be a 5-star one. Although the actual roofing work was done in the early part of the summer and it took a few weeks to complete everything, landon was exceptional. His performance improved noticeably even during the short duration of our project. He communicated well and was genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the work. One issue we encountered was that a large section of our roof decking/sheathing (plywood) needed replacement. The team at Martin & Sons Roofing informed us that they wouldn't be able to predict or assess this until the old shingles were removed. In hindsight, we could have done more to understand and/or secure the pricing beforehand. However, the outcome was really fair - they showed us what needed replacing and why, and they were very fair in their pricing. There was another problem with the flashing where the single-story garage roof meets the siding to the second story of our house. There was some back and forth as we tried to figure out the issue, but most importantly, landon and his team rectified it and we are pleased with the results. I would strongly recommend Martin & Sons Roofing. Even though we encountered some issues, the way they resolved those issues is what makes me comfortable posting this review. The experiences we had, I believe, are important. We're satisfied with how they handled everything.
