Ephraim was great to deal with. I had holes in my chimney flashing, no idea how that could happen, but he and his crew replaced the flashing and some of the roofing in 2 hours. We had a hard thunderstorm last night, and not a drop made it to our basement! The roof and chimney look better than before to boot!
While they were not the low bidder on the work, they appeared far more professional and clearly explained what they intended to do to remedy our problem.
After they finished, Ephraim flew a drone up and took pictures of the work for us! Highly recommend!

Not the easiest roof to cover having 8 flat sections, three valleys, three skylights, and two chimney flashing locations. They had no problem installing my ‘drip-edge of choice’ (Rite-flow), and corrected a slight visual problem noticed during installation. I have a high confidence that they would take care of any issues later on should they arise. Woke up with an old roof, went to bed with a completely new roof that looks amazing, and we are very happy with the results. They noticed an inadequate lead flashing install around my chimney and re-flashed it with new lead. The project manager, Ethan, was a pleasure to work with and put up with our many questions at 10pm one evening on color selection, came on time- and the entire team looked to be a well oiled machine that worked well together. Ethan was very helpful in guiding me and listening to me when I explained that I have a new roof that has been leaking. He and his staff got on the roof and showed me pictures of why it was leaking, which gave great peace of mind. Great roofing company who was recommended to me by a friend and a neighbor. The gentleman, Ethan, was very nice and pleasant to deal with and he came at the scheduled time. Ethan checked my entire roof for I thought a shingle had broken. Fortunately my roof was fine and I wasn't charged for the service call. Also, I asked him to put a birds nest back up on shelving outside my garage for me. The nest had fallen down to the ground. He didn't hesitate to do that for me. Now my little sparrows have there nest back which I've had these little birds who have 2 litters each year for over 20 years. They have their home back and within 2 hours I seen the sparrows back in their nest. Thank you! I have saved Marsters Roofing in my phone contacts for future reference should I need roof servicing again. I highly recommend this company.

Got an estimate, accepted estimate that was emailed, reached out multiple times via call and text for a hard date after we were given an "August" timeline. Never responded. I'm sure they're busy people, but never hearing back kind of sucks after we accepted the quote and were ready to schedule.

The work was done quickly yet not rushed. They were in contact with me the whole time. I had storm damage to my garage roof. I called Marsters Roofing for an estimate. Kasey Marsters arrived an my home the very next day to inspect the roof. I received a rough estimate for new shingles but it was possible that the decking was in need of replacing. I had owned my property for 40 years and never replaced the roof shingles. I had tree limbs imbedded into the roof and holes from the March storm. I did have to wait awhile for the repair due to their busy schedule. It was definitely worth it! The crew came and got down to business quickly. They were hard working people. His sons explained what they were going to do and were very professional. The process took about one half of a day. They contacted me when I was at work and updated me on the completion of the job. When I got home I noticed that the job site was immaculate and was extremely pleased with the results! I highly recommend this company!

And if you know contracting there is a big difference between quick and efficient. Grounds of my house were left in same condition as when they arrived. And that involved moving a lot of stuff. I recently had my 27 year old roof replaced. It had not failed but was definitely on borrowed time. A friend and neighbor had used Marsters and was very happy with both the process and the results. I therefore chose them as my contractor. I have to say, from our first conversation until the last shingle was in place, it was a very rewarding experience. Our church had a very worn out metal roof. We decided that Marsters Roofing was the one to replace it. Kasey and his crew did not disappoint! It was a great experience from initial inspection to completion! Kasey first completed an extremely thorough and detailed inspection report, complete w numerous photos showing the condition of the roof, flashing, and boots. We lost a bunch of shingles during a bad wind storm. We had more snow on the way and was super stressed because we didn’t know what to do. So we called Kasey and he came right away and got up on our roof and not only fixed the areas that lost the shingles but also looked at the rest of our roof. He advised us our damage was great enough to call the insurance company. Thank goodness for his advise!!!! We would have just fixed a few shingles and called it good. The insurance company came and confirmed what Kasey said, the damage was great enough the roof needed to be replaced. Kasey gave us several pricing options for shingles and worked with us to make sure our budget was met. His crew was very pleasant, respectable, and fast. This is no exaggeration, Kasey went above and beyond to care for our needs and to give us piece of mind. If you want an honest contractor who won’t rob you, and knows what their doing, call Kasey.

During a series of recents winter storms we made the decision that it was time for a roof replacement. After contacting a number of roofing contractors we decided to trust Marsters roofing with our whole roof replacement.

Mr Marster was very professional and prompt with the quote. Due to damage we also ended up needing to replace a significant number of roof decking sheets, and they were reasonable on materials and labor on this as well.

We coordinated and scheduled the roof replace in a break of winter weather.

We had one day to get the roof stripped, wood replaced, and reroofed. I was concerned about the time frame but they were impressive with the work ethic displayed as well as attention to detail and pride in completing the job properly.

I have waiting through 2 storms to complete this review just to be certain in the work performed. In a storm with rain and freezing rain as well as the last snow storm, the roof is performing flawlessly.
