My neighbor had Jim from Marshall's Roofing do some repair work a couple of years ago. While he was on the roof, Jim inspected his roof and told him that he had a couple more years before he would need a roof. His honesty really impressed me at that time. When my neighbor decided to replace his roof, he called Jim. I also needed to replace my 25 year plus roof and saw Jim at my neighbor's house. I told him to stop by when he was finished to discuss replacing our roof. I was able to see the excellent job he did with my neighbor's roof and was especially interested in the quality workmanship and quality product that Jim provided my neighbor. Jim showed me every detail of the materials he planned to use and told me why he believed this was the way to go. His estimate was very reasonable and he began work within a few days of completing my neighbors roof. We also needed a gutter replacement, which he handled again, complete with high quality gutter guards. The price, quality, and workmanship was again excellent. Jim was there personally to supervise the work and explain all the details of what was going on. We feel that we and our neighbor have the nicest looking and best quality roofs (and in our case gutters) in the area. You will be very pleased if you hire Marshall Roofing to do the work. Jim Marshall came out to my home on short notice to inspect my roof. Jim was, knowledgeable, considerate, professional, and most importantly, trust-worthy (which is something you can't say about all contractors). I will gladly recommend Marshall's Roofing and Contracting.

Jim Marshall was very responsive to a skylight leak. He tried to repair the leak, which is what wanted to try before replacing the skylight. Unfortunately, we had to replace the skylight. Jim was very communicative and upfront about the whole process. He explained everything in great detail and made working with him a great experience.

Mr. Marshall provided emergency roof repair on a holiday weekend for a hole in the roof caused by a tree branch. He was the only roofer out of 10+ companies contacted who could come within a few hours. He patched the hole, removed the giant branch, and cleaned all debris. He also pointed out some other issues with the roof that needed to be addressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. A few weeks later he and his crew did a complete roof replacement. Throughout the process he patiently explained what he was doing. The roof replacement was completed in a day. The quality and workmanship of his services is top notch. I highly recommend Mr. Marshall and his company's services.

I highly recommend MarshalIs roofing for roof and gutter work. I used Marshalls Roofing to replace our roof and repair existing gutters. The main reasons I decided to go with the company were; the price was significantly below the other guys who knocked on my door trying to sell me a roof, and second I watched them replace my neighbors roof and was impressed with the cleanliness of the work( this is not always the case as I have observed with some of my other neighbors). Additionally, working with Jim was no pressure(as a matter of fact I though I needed my gutters replaced, whereas Jim talked me out of it) and based on my neighbors recommendation I felt that he will live up to the service he was promising. After the roof was installed any minor questions I had or things I thought that needed to be completed, Jim responded promptly or stopped by within hours.
As part of the roof replacement I had gutter guards installed and during first rain I learned that one drain was still clogged, it was not an emergency, but Jim came by on a Sunday afternoon and cleaned it out to make sure the gutters were working, for the rain that was on forecast over the next few days.

After the hail damage repairs needed from a couple of years ago and all of the recent storm damage repairs our composite roof needed since, we figured it was time for a complete roofing replacement. We had tried patching the shingle roof ourselves but I didn't really know what I was doing as I only had limited experience with metal roofs. Luckily Marshall's Roofing & Contracting were referred to us by our neighbor. They had done the commercial roofing job at their painting company and were overjoyed with every aspect of the service they received. So we called Marshall's and they came out and did a thorough roofing inspection and then were able to do the roofing repairs properly, not trying to tide things over until the next rain storm like I was doing. They also installed new gutters and gutter guards to help with the waterproofing issue and prevent future roof leak repairs. We were so relieved that we didn't need a new roof and we were just as happy as our neighbors with the fair price and quality service we received that we called them back out for new siding installation and a couple of window replacements. We were sick of all the coats of exterior painting and power washing to try to restore it and finally decided to splurge on new siding and I'm sure it has increased our home value and certainly our curb appeal. We highly recommend them as residential roofers and as a construction company and we wouldn't hesitate to call them back for future home improvement projects.
