Came out the same morning as our bathroom flooded to determine the extent of repair needed. Documented damage well to assist with insurance. Great communication. Quick but thorough and worked with excellence. Walked us through the process step by step and helped dealing with insurance rep. Highly recommend and grateful someone recommended them to us.

Recently had some storm damage to our property in Georgetown. Contacted Marshall, received immediate response, work was was done in a timely manner, quality was top notch. We were constantly kept in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Jeff.

Marshall General Contractor Inc. was incredible to work with. Charlie Foster was responsive every time we reached out and was considerate and easy to work with. Everything they did for us with taking care of our water damage was of the highest standard. They worked around our travel schedule and were not only professional and thorough, they all were also kind and thoughtful.

Marshall Contracting has been wonderful to work with. Ryan Finch was friendly, kind and went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned, answering my calls and texts beyond the business day and on weekends. Companies that he contracted with were excellent as well. I couldn't be happier with all the work that had to be done in my mom's home. I was kept abreast of any updates pertaining to the timeline of the work and I felt like they were as efficient as could be Highly recommend!!

Any kind of work that takes you out of your home is stressful, but working with Marshall’s made it a lot less stressful. We were promised 4-6 weeks out of our house and we’re back in at the 4 week mark. Once the work was actually able to start when all materials were in the work just seemed to fly by. We have a very active 2 year old little boy and getting him back into his normal routine as quick as we could was important to us and Marshall’s made sure that happened. Had a frozen water pipe burst and flooded the upstairs bathroom and garage below. I called and talked to Bill about my problem , he came over took pictures contacted my insurance company. He took care of everything for us . Had drywall, floors removed and insulation. They fixed the plumbing, installed new floors, tile, installed new drywall in the bathroom and garage plus insulation. We are very pleased with the quality of work!

As a real estate broker I have experienced.good and bad contractors..there.are.some.very good people who work here however we got the one who didn't have very good communication skills..actually calling us liars on 3 different occasions when it was clearly their fault..when I make a mistake I eat it and we are all human but I can't recommend this company due to a super bad experience..always check your itemized statement sent to insurance by any contractor .make sure the charges are correct. Lesson learned

Due to water damage I had to have my entire kitchen redone. My new kitchen looks better than my old one. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Marshall General Contractor. They were responsive to my every request. They were professional and prompt in their work. I highly recommend them if you have any type of damage at your home.

Our damage is from water leaking from the roof and causing interior ceiling damage. This company was recommended by our insurance agent. Ryan came out, noted the damage checked inside our home and on the roof. He took all measurements and gave us recommendations for a total roof replacement as well as two window replacements I asked for. He said he'd have the estimate in a week. Two weeks later I had to follow up and he blamed the lack of response on his "window guy". These are typical windows you can buy from Lowe's. Not custom made or anything. Well here we are a month later and not a sound from Marshall Contracting. They completely blew us off. If I had to guess, it's probably because we live about 30 miles from them and they didn't feel like traveling that distance. It would have been more professional if they just told me they didn't service my area. I cannot recommend this company.

I hired Marshall General Contracting to restore parts of my home as a result of raccoons causing significant damage in my attic and various other parts of the house.
Charlie Foster was assigned to me. From day one of a 2 month project, he was in constant contact with me daily about the project and was very detailed and informative of every decision that was made in the project. I have dealt with some of the best contractors in the central Kentucky area do to my various professional careers, and you will not find a better contractor than Charlie Foster. He consistently consulted with myself and my insurance firm and pushed them to make the best decision for me as a homeowner and I never once had any issue with my insurance adjuster refusing any of the decisions that Charlie and myself were in agreement with.
Charlie truly is a perfectionist about the quality of the job and puts the customers needs first. He completed the work almost 1 week ahead of the scheduled finished and went over every detail of the project with a fine tooth comb and then went back and combed it again.
My house is 41 years old and if you walked in it now, you would think it was brand new. Charlie Foster at Marshall General Contracting turned what was bad luck and a very unfortunate situation and turned it into a huge blessing for me and my family.
If you have a project that needs to be done or one coming up and want the job done the right way and treated with the upmost respect, hire Charlie Foster at Marshall General Contracting.

We chose not to use this vendor for our project. I suspect our job was smaller than Marshall General Contractor expected and the 'project manager' was working to inflate the scope of the job to justify their effort.

Select a vendor that will do the work properly and in your timeframe.

They are very slow on completing a job. We were originally told 4 to 6 weeks and it has been over 8. Our kitchen is still no where close in getting done. Communication is also poor. House is in shambles. Our refrigerator is in the living room along with 2 food cupboards. We really dont have much room to move. I dont suggest that you use them.
