We recently had the pleasure of working with Marsh Point Developers on a major renovation project for our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill.

Project Scope:
The scope of our project was extensive. We had many contractors come to our house to bid on the project, but only Marsh Point was willing to take it on. Due to faulty work from our original builder, the scope included a complete gut of our first floor structural flooring support/framing & rebuild, new flooring, drywall, custom cabinetry, trim work (to include re-doing our crooked coffered ceilings), painting, plumbing & electrical fixes, and we added a few improvements that they managed like a whole house generator, spray foam in our attic. Understanding the stress we were understand of having to move out of our home for a couple months, they even handled the pack in and out with the moving company – we are retired military, so we have had some experience in this area, they were the best movers we had ever seen! Marsh Point handled it all with remarkable efficiency and expertise. They were able to manage the complexity of the project seamlessly, coordinating between various teams and keeping everything on track and better yet, ahead of schedule!!

Each team member brought a wealth of experience to the table, which was evident in the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project. Whether it was the electricians, framers/carpenters, or the plumbers, their professionalism was top-notch.
