Mark Vincent Construction was fantastic! They remodeled our master bathroom and it came out beautifully. They were punctual, and the project finished on time. We were a little over budget, but that was our fault due to the upgraded tile we chose. We had a lovely experience with Doug, the owner. And Jesse, the foreman, kept things moving. We love our new walk in shower! Gorgeous! The tile had a specific pattern to it, and the tile guys matched it up perfectly. Great experience with Mark Vincent Construction!

Doug Vincent was a superb contractor for a major house renovation that his team did at our house. Our house is over 100 years old, so it was badly in need of renovation. Doug was reliable and helpful throughout the whole process. He kept us updated when there were delays in deliveries or other problems. Jesse, his foreman, is truly extraordinary — I know of nobody else who has his combination of a remarkable breadth of skill and dedication to doing the job right. Doug and Jesse both did everything to make sure that our renovation was done thoroughly. The sub-contractors who did some of the painting, etc., were invariably polite, professional, and friendly. I enthusiastically recommend Mark Vincent Construction.

We worked with MVC for 2 years before we started a complete home renovation last spring. They were able to transform an outdated 1965 mid-century into our forever home. The team was honest about "construction life", worked with us through every turn from design, layout and of course backordered items, were responsive with updates and answering questions, and delivered the end product beautifully. We are very, very, happy!

If you're looking for a firm for remodel, I would recommend Mark Vincent Construction. Working with Mark to design my kitchen was easy. It's important to know what you want as there were some things that were not asked that I wish we had covered up front. Still a pleasant experience.

I have used MVC a few times now. They have always provided professional, quality workmanship for me. My latest remodel was mostly exterior work but inside work, too. A complete new exterior house facade. Lap siding over my existing T-111. Good work considering it snowed most of the time they were working. They setup plastic tents to protect the work.
They did go over schedule but this is forgivable since due to weather and staff illnesses. Also, this was the beginning of COVID. I especially was pleased that Doug had an internet construction project communication platform (BUILDERTRENT) to provide communication updates, work progress photos, and billing/payment access. This was useful to me because I was living in Las Vegas at the time and could not be onsite during the work; only during inspections. Overall, I trust Doug and his crew. He has managed to take over his father's business and continue the MVC quality of workmanship and service.

I highly recommend Mark Vincent Construction LLC. They remodeled my kitchen, rebuilt the bathroom and added a sunroom to my old house. Doug Vincent is easy to work with. He listens and does everything he can to do what the customer wants. His foreman, Jesse is a true craftsman. They make an awesome team and there is nothing they can’t do. When our family had water damage in our kitchen, I knew that Mark Vincent Construction (MVC) had a great reputation throughout the Tri-Cities area in the residential construction business. Doug and his team were professionals and Jesse (his foreman) possesses great craftsmanship. The only issue that I truly experienced in the project weren't related to Doug's team at all (it was cabinet manufacturer (supply chain) related). When I'm ready to have my downstairs bathroom remodeled in the next year or two, MVC will be my first call because they provided the solution at a reasonable rate compared to the other general contractors I got bids from. You won't be disappointed if you hire MVC for your home renovation/remodel. Doug even had the integrity to tell me to get a couple quotes when I was fighting with insurance at the very beginning. They do great work and my wife and I are very happy with the job outcome.

Mark Vincent Construction exceeded our expectations when they remodeled two of our bathrooms! From the very beginning of the process Doug listened intently to what we wanted in our dream master bath, was honest and upfront about the the complexities of our project as well as the cost, and provided a viable path forward so that we could get what we wanted! He coordinated all of our permits, provided superior subcontractors, and made sure everything stayed on schedule and within budget, using the latest app which made it easy for us to keep us apprised of the project schedule, communications, and to make payments. I can't say enough about his employee Jesse who made the vision of our bathrooms come alive...he did OUTSTANDING work; truly impressive! Jesse was always prompt and took care in making sure we were satisfied as the project progressed. We WILL DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them!

Doug Vincent was a pleasure to work with and very thorough with the questions he asked which gave us ample opportunity to ensure he understood what the project would entail before it began. His staff and the subcontractors that worked on our bathroom remodel were friendly and professional. The exception was the Plumbers who lacked Professional courtesy by not covering floors they had to cross or cleaning up after themselves. Many times they didn't even show up the day(s) they were scheduled or contact anyone to let them know they wouldn't be coming. On the positive side, Nick (the Owner of the Plumbing company) installed a water softener that he could vouch for since he had the same one in his private residence. He also came back a couple of times to try to ensure the movement and squeak issues in the shower base were resolved. These things were very appreciated!

Jessie is the main professional that we want to point out as exceptional! He ensured our new carpet was covered immediately once he started, kept us informed, and worked very hard to ensure a quality job was done at each step of the project. Another professional worth mentioning was Frank, the electrician, who was very helpful with asking appropriate questions to ensure we got what we expected when asked to do some things out of the ordinary.

Overall, we are really happy with the Master bathroom remodel result!

The first project Mark Vincent Construction completed for us was a house we had in Canyon Lakes, 2013, a beautiful patio cover. We are grateful that they completed the next three projects for us at our new residence this summer. Their work is quality and the employees are professional, courteous and respectful. They left the sight clean and ready to use. Thank you to them all!!

Our opinion always mattered. Our time was always respected. The men stayed on task and did excellent work. Clearly, our happiness and satisfaction was priority to the contractor, supervisors and workmen -- we were well cared for during the entire process. This was the second time we used this company and we will surely use them a third, should the need arise! (The only reason we did not highlight "good value" was because the other 4 items were incredibly important to us -- we didn't bother with a second opinion regarding the financial end. We just trusted them through our previous experience of a full interior remodel. We trusted them to treat us fairly and honestly...We're certain they did!)

We had a fairly complicated remodel, and Doug came up with a great vision and plan that we are very happy with; completely transformed our 1st floor. Completely gutted the 1st floor, removed a wall, brand new everything. Very responsive to our requests, start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Mark Vincent Construction did our remodel and was nothing short of spectacular. The quality of work was great but what really stood out was the transparency and communication from beginning to end start with the owners and going all the way down to the installers. Highly recommend MVC for any of your home improvement project no matter how big or small they may be.

Mark is the best person in business, I have them remodel my kitchen lest year I love there work. I will be using them to re model my bathrooms as well. Doug is one of the guys who did the tile work he is very respected man.
