I bought a 2020 Chevy 1500 at Oakley mo. And they sold me a lemon.
Mark Martin in Ashflat had it to fix the power steering which was intermittent. After 3 weeks in the shop, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, so I decided to buy a Ram. On my way to the dodge dealership, the power steering went completely out so it’s been at mark martin for a few more weeks and now they are giving me the runaround about getting the parts. I’m not sure if it the dealerships or Chevrolet lack of quality but I will NEVER buy a Chevy again

Bought the truck about a year ago and it ran fine. The price was good but once it hit 110,000 miles I have had it in the shop everywhere month. It was just under 100,000 miles when I bought it. Seems like most of issues should have been addressed before it was put on the lot for sale. Not impressed at all will not do any more business with them at all.

The service department at Mark Martin in Ash Flat is second to none. Danny Vest and Greg Taylor go above and beyond for their customers. My last 4 vehicles have been purchased through Mark Martin and I will continue to do business with them and their service department.

I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer EV from this dealership and got a great deal on it. The salesman (Michael) and the manager (Pete) did a fantastic job getting me approved for the deal. Since then they have been outstanding at helping me learn about all the features, because the Blazer has a pretty complicated system. They also always take the time to see me whenever I come in. I recommend these guys for any and all of your automotive needs.

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma about a month ago and that was the WORSE buying experience I have ever encountered and have bought at least 10 new vehicles in my lifetime. PETE is finance took total advantage of me to make him extra money by not asking what terms I was looking for but to decide to give me an 8 year loan, stupid me signed it and am so regretful because I had cash to put down and other financial things to discuss and he just wanted me out of there. I LOVE my truck but rest assure, I took every Mark Martin decal OFF my truck and greatfully wear Toyota of west Plains tag who has treated me like gold. When I got truck it had a safety warning on it so I had to get that fixed, not the dealership. I’m very sour over the buying experience but would not take anything for my truck I love. Also, I asked my salesman if he was going to take it to get it cleaned up and he said, “It’s already clean”; Really?????

I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews before committing in my head to buy a car from the Ash Flat location. Most people aren't fans of dealerships for various reasons, this location lived up to the typical "stealership" hype and left a bad taste in my mouth at the end of the day.

I had been shopping for a fun work car to save gas instead of driving my 3/4 ton truck 40 minutes to work each day. I had decided that a Mustang Ecoboost with a 6 spd manual would fit the bill nicely. Wanting an actual manual transmission limited my options on used cars, but they had a low mileage 2020 with the premium interior and 3 pedals on the floor. I called and asked if it was still available for a test drive since the ad had been up for a while, I let them know I was about 1.5 hrs away and I could be there the next day mid morning. I called them before I left and they said it was up front waiting for me. I spoke to the sales manager (Pete Gibson) and a salesman who were waiting outside when I pulled up. I looked the car over and noted curb rash on the passenger rear wheel and that the tires didn't have much tread left on them before I took off for a drive. They also shared the Carfax with us and were up front about previous damage to the driver rear quarter which had been repaired by a previous dealer.

Car seemed to run fine after I knocked the dust off my shifting skills. We pulled back into the lot and started talking numbers. They were firm on the price and didn't want to budge. I told them what cash I had for a down payment, my credit is excellent, no issues getting financing, model buyer! I again expressed concerns that the tires were shot, the salesman repeatedly told me that's how Pirellis are made and they just don't have much tread on them. I said they are worn down to the wear indicators and the rear tires aren't in much better shape, it really needs a whole new set. I almost walked out, he spoke to the finance manager and they agreed to drop $400 off the purchase price to account for a new set of front tires. I agreed to purchase since that was better than nothing and I obviously wanted the car.

After getting the car home and giving it a proper cleaning, I noticed the sidewall of the curbed rear tire was gouged down to the cords. I don't know if I missed that on the initial inspection or if it opened up after driving, but it wasn't safe to drive on. The car was also a quart low on oil (I should have checked that before leaving the lot, I know). Long story short, I had to purchase 4 new tires and an oil change since I didn't know when it had been done last. When buying from a larger named dealer you expect at least basic maintenance things to be addressed like tires, brakes, oil, wipers, etc., that was not the case with this transaction. They didn't know much about the history of the car other than they bought it from auction and apparently just wanted to make a quick buck, I wouldn't recommend traveling far to buy from them, I doubt I set foot back on their lot unless I absolutely have to for warranty issues that can't be taken care of elsewhere.

Let me start off saying I have purchased a vehicle from Mark Martin Chrysler and have been very happy with the purchase. I wish they hadn't sold that dealership. But today I went in to get some part installed on my van. They put on a new mirror and antenna part not the whole assembly. The part they put on, I don't need. After I checked the van and saw that they put on a part I don't need and they put it on with a zip tie, I could have done that myself. The antenna part I don't need and the zip tie instill cost $100.00. for the wrong part I don't need. I went back inside and everyone was gone? Apparently they were out to lunch or something. Well I will be back. There was another part on backorder and the part of the antenna I needed was ordered.

Bought this vehicle in June and 2 months later my backlight started coming out so I went to local dodge place and they said my backlight and spoiler was coming off because the back window wasn’t on right and looks like the back hatch had been damaged probably in a wreck so told me to go to a body shop for confirmation. I went to a local body shop and they said it appeared it had been wrecked in back and hatch replaced and repainted. So husband contacted the manager at mark Martin and he had us bring it up to be fixed. They had my jeep a week and 2 days and I pick it up and get home and this is what happened on the 2 hour drive home. My light is coming out again and they didn’t even fix the window let alone anything else. I am freaking livid. I’m paying 32,000 for a vehicle that falling apart and busting because the damage wasn’t fixed properly.

So I called to schedule service for my truck... I guess Jeremy didn't want to deal with me because he said his next available appointment wouldn't be until July 10th. This was on June 5th I believe. So I told him to make the appointment, if I found someone else I would call and cancel the appointment. So he asked for my name and my number and that was it, no make model or year of my truck, and no time was given for me to arrive. So I know that no appointment was made. How awful of you! I would give a 0 if I could!

It was the quickest trade I’ve ever done. Pete Gibson did a lot of stuff for me by email before I even came in. By the time I got there numbers were already figured up for me. He explained a lot of features really well and even helped me set up my Bluetooth and CarPlay. The sales manager was really great and explained things well. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Got a good deal on truck. Everything worked good. Went to go to store at night time and realized my headlights weren’t bright. Turns out the bracket that holds my bulb in the socket was completely broken. I am not even able to drive at night because they headlights won’t stay in place. Texted them about it and they said there was nothing they could do since I didn’t get warranty. Make sure you check everything before buying.

We bought my wife a 2014 Ford Explorer, about a week after the purchase I noticed it overheating at idle. Pete, who sold us the car, was awesome in taking care of the issue. It ended up being the water pump, which cost $2200 to replace and they took care of it. Didn't charge us a dime, I will for sure be buying all of my vehicles through this dealership in the future. If you want a dealer that goes the extra mile, you have found it

They dated my paperwork (in error) early by nearly three weeks causing me to pay finance charges for a truck I hadn’t even bought yet, I asked to be reimbursed for the three weeks of interest and they never called me back. The guy that dated paperwork wrong dodged every time we came to dealership. Also oil had not been changed so had to bring it back for that, had to drive to Jonesboro to pick up and program new key fob, they should have done that when they put the truck on their lot! Got to Jonesboro and found out truck had two recalls. Now I have to make another trip to Jonesboro to get recalls taken care of. I will not be buying from them again and I had been a loyal customer for years!

This place was very unorganized and inconsiderate of my time finance manager left off pricing of tags and was told another price when brought to attention he was very unconcerned and made racial slurs I would not recommend this car lot even if this was your last option keep catching the bus

So my husband and I bought a 40,000.00 GMC pickup about 3 months ago and were very pleased with the lady who sold it to us. However we were told it hadn’t been detailed yet but when we needed our oil changed to bring it back they would change the oil and “DETAIL” it for free. So we made an appointment to get it done. We went in, they took it back and about 30 to 45 minutes a gentleman came out and had us sign papers showing what they had done. He said they were washing it but would be done soon. It wasn’t long before they brought our keys saying they were finished. First off their idea of “washing” it looked like they rinsed it off and left dirt behind. Second they literally did NOT touch the inside! The carpets were horrible and the dash hadn’t been touched. I don’t mind at all to pay to have these things done but if you are telling a customer that it’s free just to make a sell that is absolutely WRONG!!! I think I saw another complaint about this very thing happening to them so I sure hope that Mark Martin Chevrolet/Buick/GMC in Ash Flat Arkansas try to remedy this instead of ripping people off and wasting customers time.

Service is ok, but when you are waiting for your car to be finished, you don’t want to hear 3-4 staff members taking political bs and bashing everyone under the sun meanwhile cussing while there are people around. I don’t care if they want to chitchat, but if it’s offensive save it for out back when your having a smoke. Not around paying customers. SMH

My dad and myself was having to kill some time and he had been looking for a small pickup. We pulled in and noticed a 2004 Chev Colorado sitting in the back behind all the "newer" vehicles. A salesman came out and we asked about it. He explained hehad just traded for that and it had not been detailed yet. My dad test drove it and went in to see if they could make a deal. He bought it and they wrote down they would detail it, change oil, chk out the "abs" light that was on and would fill it up with gas. My dad was very pleased told the salesman we would come back today to get it. We waited til after 3:00 to give ample time. The truck had been sprayed off on outside. The inside theyhad sprayed a cleaner of some kind on the dash as they hit the windshield instead of the dash. The dash had been wiped off somewhat, but that was it..floors were terrible..back seat had all kinds of sawdust and tree particles from whomever owned it before. I guess we expected somethg different when we heard "detail". The oil had Not been changed and it had almost a quarter tank of gas. I know a 2004 isnt a new vehicle, but dont write down what you will do to sell a vehicle IF you're NOT going to do it. VERY DISAPPOINTED
