We were on a trip to Lake Catherine State Park and had an incident that ended with a shattered back glass (shattered and fell out) in our truck. It was late Saturday evening so nothing could be done until Monday. We called Star Windshield Monday morning and they got the glass ordered right away. It didn't arrive until later in the day so we took our truck in the Tuesday morning. The staff immediately recognized our name and got our truck in right away. We only waited for less than an hour and we were good to go. We chose this shop over the other chains because it appeared to be a local, family owned, Christian business. We were not disappointed. Every interaction we had with them manifested those beliefs and we were more than happy with the our entire transaction. Can't recommend this business enough. Thank you Star Windshield for living out your beliefs in your business practices!

Just traveling to Hot Springs for a trip and ended up with 2 star chips in the windshield. They got us in the very next morning (it was about 4 pm when we got the chips) and they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly:)

My wife and I were sent there because the Dodge dealer didn't have 5 min to reattach the review mirror that came off. The gentleman said no worries, and it was ready in 5 min. I asked how much, he said "no worries, enjoy your trip". We bought them lunch as a tha k you.

They do fast work and I'm sure it is quality. But they give you a "cash price" estimate but if you are paying them your "cash deductible" and then letting insurance pay balance, those are two different prices. I paid them $500 towards a windshield that they told me was around $750. My insurance gave them a check for $572.
I don't know who is screwing who over...but it doesn't make me feel good about this company. I do believe this goes beyond this one lical shop....
I called them about it this morning and they told me that they got a letter recently that said they weren't allowed to disclose what they got from insurance?? Why?

They did a great job replacing and calibrating my windshield. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. They could have scheduled the work the day after they received my referral, which would have been wonderful if my schedule had allowed it. It's so nice to have a brand new windshield!
David, the owner, is a great man. You can't go wrong with Star Windshield.

David and all of the Star Windshield employees went above and beyond for my windshield replacement today. I met David at the office BEFORE office hours and he drove me to my work. He dropped me off at my work then took my car back to Star Windshield to be serviced. My car was ready
for me when I got off work. Such a great company and great service!!

Loved my experience here! The staff is extremely kind and very attentive. The gentleman fixing the chips in my windsheild was extremely kind and showed me the chips and was already fixing them as we spoke so the wait was not long at all! Would recommend to anyone who needs any window fixed or replaced! Thank you so much!

I went in for glass repair during the recent storm. They put crash plastic on my window for me due to a 1 day delay on orders coming in from Little Rock. Glass was ordered quickly, Star Windshield came to my place of employment and picked up my car, expertly installed my door window glass, then returned my car. Very reasonable rate compared to what I had researched online! I went in today and David helped me with a spider crack in my windshield. Good people! Thank you David

The team at Star windshield did a great job taking care of multiple Rock chips in my windshield, at a great price.

David is very thorough and does an excellent job of repairing a chip in my new windshield. I cannot even see where the rock chip was!

I had a tree fall on my car breaking the rear windshield and also denting the roof making me unsure if the window could be replaced.. not only did they replace it, but they did it in less than 24 hours. definitely recommend

We brought our honda accord to two shops after a big tree limb fell on our car. Star Windshield got us up and going in less than 24 hours! I was impressed with how quickly they got a new window in, even with a dent in the window frame on the car! And the pricing was very reasonable! The employees were very nice too! Great job! Excellent customer service! Each employee was on their A game and made me feel like a priority. They also worked quickly and did a super job! I was contacted with updates, and they were flexible with my work schedule for drop off times! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family!

Highly recommended. 2000 Nissan Xterra had passenger window broken. Called, they searched a lot a places but found 1. Next day in and out in under 30 minutes. Super friendly and super fast service

This company is outstanding. Replaced my windshield in under 45 minutes from the time I arrived. Coordinated with insurance and mopar for a factory replacement. Cup of coffee in a mug while I waited to boot. Second windshield they have done for me, both fast and flawless. Thanks to your whole team!

Friendly, helpful, professional people, reasonable prices, fast service. I've gone to them for years,, but recently I took a rock to the windshield & they had it fixed & me out of there in about 20 minutes. Will definitely continue to go back.

Marvelous service! Repaired what I considered to be a pretty big rock chip in my windshield. They worked me right in, I was in and out in 25 minutes. Very reasonable and honest! Front desk was friendly on the phone and in person. Highly recommend! Update: After more time and travel, needed an entire windshield replaced. AGAIN, this place is the best! Great service, knowledgeable staff, front desk is awesome.

First off they had my windshield and they got me in and out reasonably ..
The main problem and this would have made me not use them if I would have gotten the other quotes sooner ..
They was extremely over priced and I mean by over a hundred dollars.a glass company quoted the exact same windshield for $180.00 dollars .And at this place I payed $306.00 that's a$126.00 dollar difference..
Now that is just plane robbery the other glass place was where I would have went if I would have received the quote sooner..

I would not recommend that anyone use Star Windshield Inc ..
And the people are friendly and they do good work in a fair amount of time .

But that over priced ruined it for me I'll never use them again ..
Because the most important thing is the darn price.
Absolutely upsetting to be taken advantage of like that ..I'm a Christian man and I have to forgive them ..but it still is very hurtful to be just flat taken advantage of like that.

No excuse for that none at all.

Caught a rock, brought my Nissan with Pro Pilot Assist in to see if the windshield needed "replacing and recalibration". The guys at Star were able to repair the damage while I waited. Very pleased with the service.

Came in to make an appointment and they did the repair on the spot, nice folks and less expensive than the national brands I have dealt with.

Took over 2 months to get windshield replaced and then they could not reset the windshield monitor so I have to bring it to the dealership anyways. If you have a new vehicle verify they can complete the job before starting it.

* update - Recently the cover that goes around the rearview/camera's. Fell off. After inspected it the tabs that was supposed to hold it on were broken off. The car was new when we bought it and the only people to service the windshield was here. Its been to long to even worry about it, but its worth noting.

Star windshield gave me a lower rate than a competitor! They replaced my windshield in an hour and I am very pleased! Great company, professional staff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful business staffed with the nicest people. I had my windshield replaced and they did it within an hour and no issues at all. They will forever have my business and I will recommend them to everyone.

We were in Hot Springs less than 12 hours and was broken into. I called around for a quick replacement. Although they were not able to install a new one as quickly as we were hoping; they quickly set us up with a temporary fix to get us on the road for our 8 hour trip back home. They went above and beyond for some travelers that weren't even going to be customers. We greatly appreciated their kindness and superior customer service.

By far the best glass place around. Family run business full of people who really care. Definitely will be recommending to others and use in the future

Highly recommend these guys. Did eggzactly what they said they would , when they would. Found a scratch on the shield, they replaced it no questions. In a timely manner at that. Hard to find an honest shop, these guys are eggzactly that. Thank you guys!! My kid can see without looking thru cracks now...

Update: The first shield they installed was an OEM, they replaced it with an aftermarket one. -2 star's....

Friendly atmosphere, the people are very professional, David and his son also the people at the front desk and the shop are very nice people and u can tell that they are a tight nit family

This place was more than amazing. We called and they said stop down and we will squeeze ya in. We had a chip and another larger crack with large chip. We were in and out within 30 min and you can not beat their prices. Hands down best glass place we have been.

Quick & professional. You can tell your doing business with them is appreciated. What they quoted was what we paid.
