Kathi Brinkley: Allstate Insurance

Kathi and her team walked me through the process of getting a surety bond for a vehicle that I bought without a title. (Never done that before) They made the process quick and painless. Thanks for all your help Kathi.

This agent has a history of not returning phone calls. Keeps office door locked during normal business hours and not letting customers in during those hours. Example called twice on a Friday and messages to call back. Never called back either Friday, Monday nor Tuesday. Call left another message Wednesday with no response. Drove to office Wednesday at 10am. Door was locked lights on in office her car in parking lot. Knocked on door 10 minutes, did not answer door. Called again in parking lot. Still just got message machine. And never returned call. Had to call claims afterhour line to get help. All other phone numbers for allstate is directed back to her phone

Wonderful, it was super easy, went smooth as silk, fast response time, great people to handle the process. Hat off all the way around. I'd like to add that the gentleman who helped me was absolutely one of the best individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He, (I believe his name is Steve), was prompt, courteous, more than willing to help explain things to me, trust me, I need a lot of explaining, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. I love Allstate, my agent is second to none, everyone I have conducted business with has proven to me that switching to Allstate was the right decision. Kudos to all.

Kathi Brinkley’s Allstate office provides excellent customer service and I like being able to communicate via email. They are prompt to respond and always take the time to explain answers to my questions.

I recently needed my roof replaced due to hail damage. I contacted Kathi Brinkley and her office filed a claim. I was contacted quickly by the roof inspector and an appointment was set up for an inspection. My roofer was on sight at the inspection. It was determined I needed a new roof. I signed the contract with the roofer and the inspector explained the process and had already transferred funds into my bank account with the information I had given him. It was about six weeks for the work to be done as the roofer was very busy since my area was hit hard and many homes needed new roofs. I am very pleased with the results in how this claim was handled and the ease of steps which were explained in detail by Kathi's office. I received a refund after updating my roof status sending in my paid roofing invoice. What a pleasant experience for such a stressful event. Anytime I have called Kathi's office in need of help whether my car insurance, questions or to file a claim I am very pleased that I chose Kathi! I highly recommend her for your insurance needs!

We have really appreciated Kathi and her very personable dealings with us through a spring time hail and windstorm damage claim. Unlike a other All-State agent, she has either answered our calls or quickly gave us a return call. Not once have we not been able to get in contact with her agency when we needed help. She and her agency is one of the best, if not the best, insurance agency we have ever used....and I am 80 yrs. Old and have had many agents through the years. My wife and I truly recommend this agency to anyone wanting a hard working agent that will take great care of her clients!!!

I don't have Allstate. I don't even live near where Kathi Brinkley serves... yet I'm constantly getting spam from them even though I've unsubscribed and asked them to stop. Then the spam started asking for reviews... so here's my review. Once you get on this places mailing list, there is no way to get off, so do yourself a favor, find a different insurance provide. Do not give any personal details to this company/branch.

A representative from this branch of Allstate reached out to me. They said they would remove me from their spam (e-mail) list. It appears they did, as the flood of e-mails they were sending me has stopped.

Kathi & her office were absolutely amazing in assisting me with my mother’s policy after she passed. It was nice to find an agent that actually cared. In fact, after having her review my policies (finding discrepancies) I switch all my policies to Kathi’s office. If you are looking for honest, personal & caring- look no further.

Very easy changing states on my policy. She worked it all out and even saved me some money. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that even I could understand... LOL.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!!!! Kathi is the worst agent I have EVER had the misfortune to have to work with. Due to the nature of my husband's work we have to use Allstate insurance at this time but have put in several request to NOT use this agent. She is incompetent to say the least. We bought a car on a Tuesday called Kathi's office to add this said car and got a voicemail. My husband left a message and never received a call back. He went online to try to add the car through Allstate's website. The next day he called Kathi's office to inquire about the progress. At that point Kathi told him that he should have called her office and not done the add on through the website and that there was nothing she could do. At that point my husband explained to her that he did call the office and left a message at which point she said that her voice machine was hit by lighting and that she was having problems. REALLY!!! OK, I then called Allstate myself talked to an agent Michelle who was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to add the car on in less then 10 min. Unfortunately this is NOT the first problem we have encountered with her!!!! Cant wait to get a new agent.

Rude receptionist, put me on hold for a long time then asked me right off the bat my name and social security number without determining what I needed first. When I read the reviews I discovered that they employ a security gaurd to protect their office staff - from what? I quickly decided that this is not the agent for me and I don't want anything to do with Kathi Parkinson and her Allstate Agency.

I have used Kathi and Allstate for over 6 years now and she has always been very helpful with handling our multiple car and home policies.

The professionalism of this agency is absolutely horrific and it all trickles down to Ms. Kathi Parkinson. Over the years she has went through all sorts of staff and I think I have figured out why she can’t keep anyone. She talks bad about every customer after she gets off the phone with them to other customers in the office and I have witnessed it, Also she treats customers as if they are a burden to her, and the list goes on. So today was my last straw, we called to get new insurance cards for a new vehicle and pay the insurance only to find out her “new receptionist” never charged our card for the insurance the month before when we added the new car so our insurance lapsed. No warning call, no email, no nothing... My mom went up there to try and figure something out and Ms Kathi told her the new girl is no longer there and how she “thinks I should pay my own insurance because I’m grown.” Well not that it was any of her business but me and my mom pay different bills so it works out if she pays one and I pay the other. So I went to the office and told her how that was none of her business and she said she was calling the cops and that her Steve Urkel security guard was going to throw me out. Very dramatic unprofessional and in my opinion unworthy of owning a business. Who needs a security guard for a small Insurance company?

I had an emergency in my family and needed to confirm that my full coverage insurance would cover anyone I gave permission to drive. Kathi herself told me that anyone who drove my car would need their own insurance to cover driving my car. Well the person who I needed to be able to drive during this emergency was my 60 year old mother who has recently moved in with me. Fine so I wanted to just add her to my insurance as a driver. I was told I could not do that since she isn't an owner of my car. She argued with me for a while. Later called back and her assistant answered. Wanted to cancel autopay since I called other companies that said yes I could add her, in fact I should add her as an occasional driver and was planning on switching before my next payment due. Her assistant then argued with me that they all told me wrong and Kathi was giving me right information. Last night, I read my policy on line then called ALLSTATE itself. Guess what.. They said anyone I gave permission to can drive my car and be covered. AND they added my mom to my policy last night. They told me that since she lives with me, they prefer her on the policy too in case she does drive. I am staying with Allstate but moving to a different agent. The reason I am staying with Allstate is how helpful the main office was. I was totally ready to move to another company before talking with them. If you like accurate information and good customer service I would not recommend this office

I phoned in trying to assist a former client who needed help with an Allstate refund.
The person who answered my call was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to me. She kept saying she couldn’t give information on someone else. I kept telling her I didn’t want information and that i wanted her to call the client. I was trying to explain what he was wanting to know. She put another representative on the line who was even ruder than her.
I was shaking when I got off the phone. I called another Allstate agent in the area who listened and helped me right away and called the client.
I would highly recommend that you not use this office. It was the worst experience with customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

STAFF IS RUDE, ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST TASHA. NO ONE PASSES ALONG MESSAGES. NO ONE ISSUES ANY RETURN CORRESPONDENCE. RATES INCREASE WITH OUT ANY EXPLANATION OR WARNING. I AM NOT PAYING TO SPEAK WITH A RECEPTIONIST. IT TOOK MY AGENT KATHI MORE THAN A MONTH TO SPEAK WITH ME AND ONLY AFTER I CALLED, WAS RUDELY PLACED ON HOLD BY TASHA AND HUNG UP ON BY KELLY, ONLY THEN DID KATHI RESPOND VIA EMAIL WITH FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO BOOT. (NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL) WANT THE PERKS THEY TALK ABOUT IN THE COMMERCIALS? FORGET ABOUT IT. NO SAFE DRIVER DISCOUNTS, NO DECREASING RATES, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL.

Poor customer service with receptionist, Tasha. Due to no call back, looking to cancel now. I can pay anyone for insurance, I dont want to speak with the girl that answers the phone, I am not paying her, O am paying for my agent, Kathy. IF YOUR TOO BUSY TO CALL ME BACK IN 4 DAYS, THEN I NEED TO FIND SOMEONE NOT SO BUSY
