Maritime roofed an addition for us and it ties in flawlessly with the existing roof. Price was competitive and they made sure the job was done to complete satisfaction. Really appreciated the attention to detail and customer care.

We recently had our roof replaced by Maritime Roofing, and we couldn't recommend them more! Our insurance company had threatened to drop us if we didn’t fix a damaged shingle. We were thoroughly impressed at the start since they used drone technology to properly identify inclement weather damage that required extensive repairs covered by our insurance. Thanks to Bob’s extensive knowledge of local codes and laws, he was able to work with our insurance directly and we were able to get a new roof! Maritime Roofing truly went above and beyond for us, clearly communicated every step of the process, and we highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing services.

After getting several bids we chose Maritime. Before they could start, our roof started leaking into the house. Bob had someone out at 9:00 on a Friday night to put a tarp on it. They started the new roof asap and worked in rain and wind much of the time. The roof looks great, and the job foreman kept us in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend Maritime Roofing.

We got 3 bids and chose Maritime Roofing. We knew once the old shingles came off that there would be damaged ship lap that would need replaced. Bob, the gentleman that quoted our project, was very careful to account for all the possibilities and was communicative throughout the inspection and quote. Once we agreed to move forward with Maritime, it was just three short weeks (including New Years and the holidays) before work started. The crew was very good about protecting our yard and pets from falling debris and cleaned up each day. In just 3 days, we had new plywood where we needed it and a very sharp looking new roof. We now have proper venting as well to maximize the life of our attic, roof, and shingles. Overall, we are exceptionally happy with the materials Maritime helped us choose and the quality of the workmanship. They also did a VERY thorough cleanup after the job was done. Bob and his team were definitely the right choice for us and our home.

This is such a great company. They came out in the snow, Ice, and than rain, turned to slippery ice, and Maritime and it's crew still came out and replaced my entire roof in only 2 days. The crew was polite and worked harder than any crew I have ever seen. Cannot say enough good things about this company. If you need work done, roofing, gutters, etc. give them a call first before you get other estimates. They beat all the other estimates and they did not do the high pressure sales stuff the other companies tried on us. So great job maritime. Number one in my book!!! We live in a townhome that shares a roof with 3 other units. It was hard trying to find a roofer that would accept payment from 4 different parties. But, Maritime was willing to work with us. Plus, they had the lowest bid out of 5, which also included NEW GUTTERS! The new roof looks fantastic and now we don't have to worry about having a 20 year old roof during the rainy season.

I found Maritime Roofing through Angie's list and had them come over to do a free consultation on my roof due to a roofing leak. Since I didn't have any prior knowledge about roofing, Bob was very patient and thorough in his explanation of what work needed to be done and how it's done. I had other 4 bids to fix my roof but went with Maritime because of Bob and Brandon - they took the time to explain to me what was the current state of my roof and what work needed to be done. They explained the difference between the roofing materials and my options: torch down, TPO, metal. As an out of state landlord, trust is crucial since I am not there inspect the work. I trust Bob and his team to do a good job. I highly recommend Maritime Roofing!

We contacted 4 other businesses and had gotten bids from them but could not decide on which company was right for us so I decided to keep doing some research. That is when I found Martime roofing and we are so thankful for them! Robert, the owner and the entire crew were very friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend using Martime roofing!

Didn’t receive an invoice from Maritime for the completion of work. A worker told me that there was work still to do on the flashing on the chimney and then never confirmed with me completion. Almost a year later Bob called asking why I never paid the invoice that I never received. Then proceeded to tell me I did receive the final invoice. After I got heated at him telling me I’m a liar, I gave him my new address and will send him the final check. Bob also told me that he has family in the town that I live in, but then when I asked him who they were (a common practice in this small town) he told me it’s best not to give names right now.
His workers left nails, shingle scraps and trash all over my property.
If I still lived in Washington, I would make sure to not use Maritime roofing again, but since I don’t, I wanted to share the news with you.

Our salesperson Kimo Faifai was a God send. He was our point person for this project and took good care of us. He made sure that things that needed to be addressed was and also the owner Bob was very good communicating with us when things got complicated. The company does good work and they back it up and makes things right. Thank you Kimo for being a good advocate and for providing us with a 50 year roof we can rely on being a quality addition to protect our home long after we are gone from this world.

I recommend Maritime roofing whole heartedly! They did a full tear off and shingle replacement, new facia and gutters. I did extensive research before choosing a roofing company, and got 6 different bids on my roof replacement. Maritime's bid was the most reasonable of the bids using the highest quality materials. The owner and project manager were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. They finished the job on time, adjusted the price for materials not used, and kept in contact throughout the process. The crew was professional, very well organized, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and didn't cut any corners. These guys are top-notch!

We looked into 3 companies for information on a new roof installation and Maritime gave the most informative presentation. After their walk thru they told us exactly what would need to be replaced and had the most reasonable price of the three companies. Bob communicated well throughout the process and the final installation looked great. I would highly recommend Maritime for your roof needs.

I cannot say enough about Maritime Roofing, they were on time, very professional and very respective of plants and landscaping. The job was done right on schedule, with low impact on us!

I would highly recommend Maritime Roofing and Construction. We decided it was time for new roof (complete tear off and replacement). We had 3 companies give us bids and made the decision to go with Maritime based firstly off information provided by the sales personnel. Our sales person was very professional without being pushy or attempting to over sell the project. He thoroughly explained the scope of work and price which was very competitive with our other quotes. Scheduling the job was easy and they were able to get to our project quickly (considering the current construction market). The crew showed up on the morning they had scheduled for and went to work within 15min of being on site. They were extremely professional and diligent with the lead communicating to us everything they were going to do. They only stopped for a lunch break and when a rain squall came through and poured on them. As soon the rain let up they were back at it. At the end of the project they were very thorough in the clean up of our property. The lead showed us pictures of every step through out the process and explained what every picture detailed. They even added some flashing to an attached car port which was not part of the scope of work because the lead didn't feel comfortable with what was there.
My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone involved in the project. We will be having them back next spring to have some facia replaced as well as new gutter system installed.
If you are considering having work done I can't express enough that you should have Maritime Roofing and Construction as part of your project. Include them in you bid process and won't be disappointed.

I was expecting a lot of noise and mess. They made transition of the new roof smooth. They were friendly easy to communicate with and very hard working. They found some repairs and even replaced the roof of my shed! They were done in two days! They were gone and left the place spotless! The only evidence of a new roof is the new roof! What an amazing team! I gladly recommend their work!
