Mario came right on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do and more. He was conscientious and amiable. He did a great job at a very fair price.

Scheduled an appointment with Mario for a roof issue, he confirmed the appointment and said he would be there but he never showed up, nor called to cancel the appointment. Very disappointing, I went with another service.

Response to Mario's reply: Perhaps you were busy, but . . . it's just not good to [assure] a customer that you will be there for an appointment and not show or cancel. It takes up a customer's time as well. Customers understand that things happen with business schedules and that a schedule may change, but just don't be a no-show, it is simple common courtesy to cancel or reschedule with a customer if you are unable to make it (a 30 second call). It's just good business practice.

I had an extremely positive experience with Mario's roofing company, addressing some known issues found during our home inspection.

I reached out to him via email an he was on my roof taking photos in 3 hours. A couple of days later the work was done. Quick, complete, and with great customer service. I have definitely found my go-to person for roof work and a first pass at any other issues we may have.

Mr.Mario was highly recommended by a close friend. I was truly satisfied with Mr.Marios work on my roof. He provided repair and installation. Im very pleased with the price and his quality of work.
