Marcano Roofing

I couldn't be more pleased with Kevin and his team. We now have the best roof for our house and the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Professional all the way around.

Did an amazing job on our roof! Did a very thorough inspection before hand and gave a very detailed estimate. Service was impeccable would highly recommend.

We hired Marcano roofing after they gave us a better price than another competitor, and convinced us they could do a better job. I was out of town caring for my parents, and did not get to inspect the work until a couple months after the job ended.

The roof itself was okay, but other things were not. First off they broke our canvas gazebo, and denied it. Whatever, I planned on replacing that anyway. When I could finally see the work by light of day, I found that they had to trim our fascia’s. I could have done a better job cutting these with a pair of wire cutters. The fascia’s look AWFUL! As the seasonal rains began, I found that they had dumped so much granulate into our downspouts, that the underground plumbing is completely PACKED with it. It is so impacted, that we’ve learned we will have to tear up our sidewalk to cut out that section of pipe and replace it. I have texted Kevin Marcano directly three times with zero response. This is supposed to be a 50-year roof, so I will likely (fingers crossed) I will never need another roof, but if I did, I would not hire Marcano again.

Update: Months later, I went up to the attic to inspect some broken drywall. Marcano told me he would replace any plywood with mold on it. He replaced ZERO plywood. Now if we decide to sell our home, an inspector will ask us why we have moldy plywood. I will tell them all about Marcano roofing.

We got five different company quotes for roof replacement, and chose Marcano Roofing after comparing everything, and acknowledging the value he offers vs others. Kevin, the owner, is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get in-touch with. The crew was hard-working and did our roof fairly quickly. Things were cleaned up really well afterwards too. I recommend giving them a chance!

I highly recommend Marcano Roofing. Kevin was great to work with. His bid was competitive, and was he exceptionally responsive. He took the extra time to explain the product and process to me, which was very much appreciated. When there was a break in the weather, and a cancellation in his schedule, he manged to get our roof done ahead of when we originally anticipated. The work was done efficiently, and clean-up was thorough. I will gladly pass along Marcano Roofing to anybody who asks.

Marcano Roofing is a great squad, highly professional, and do good quality work! They worked on our duplex and knocked it out in a few days. They communicated well through the entire project and we knew what to expect. They provide high value. They said the delivery truck may crack our sidewalk which happened and the delivery company's insurance took care of it quickly. I don’t recommend going with the cheapest option go with the best for your money. Marcano is good money well spent.

I can say without a doubt that Marcano Roofing is the most consensus and professional providers I've ever worked with. From the inspection and estimate (with video) you get to see your roofs actual condition without accessing it personally. To the product choice and contract signing, to completion it was flawless. Also his crew was a joy to work with an communicate with, leadership is obviously by example and followed by the crews! Couldn't tell they we're there as cleanup was thorough and complete. Very pleased with this experience which is not always the normal in the construction process. I might add, best quote with the big 3 local roofing companies providing.!

Did not use this company and never would. Working on a neighbors house across the alley and felt entitled to park on my property which is clearly posted with tow signs. Thank you for bending my spicket and causing damage and not even notifying me the first day of parking on my property, then the next day trying to park on my property again. One of the workers said there boss told them to park there. Unprofessional attitude, and poor management. Thank you Maracano Roofing for the property. If I see your workers vehicles on my property again I’ll just have them towed.

Roof sprung a leak a few days ago with heavy rain, found out the valley of the roof was installed improperly so I called Marcano roofing based off a good review a friend had. They identified the issue and totally re-did the valley and did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend giving Marcano a call and support a GREAT local business. You won't regret it.

Kevin Marcano and his crew did an awesome job reroofing our home. They removed 50 year old tile shingles, added new underlayment and installed 40 year composition shingles. Their attention to detail and protecting our flowers and plants was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
