I recently had the pleasure of working with Marathon Roofing for a new roof on my home, and I highly recommend them. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship and service, but they also went above and beyond to act as an advocate for me with the shingle manufacturer.

When I first called, Scott came out quickly and provided a very detailed estimate.

During the installation, I noticed a defect in the shingles that were installed on my roof. When I brought this to Marathon’s attention, Scott immediately contacted CertainTeed, the manufacturer. CertainTeed acknowledged the defect and agreed to redo the entire roof at their expense!

The team at Marathon were diligent in their advocacy efforts and communicated with CertainTeed on my behalf. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

In addition to their advocacy efforts, the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect my property during the repair process. The entire job was completed in one day. Manuel, the job supervisor, was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed.
