Ive been fortunate to watch the team at Marafatsos and Sons in action for the past 3 decades as they did much of the work in the community i was raised in. Two years ago i purchased my first home and wanted some expert work done and that is exactly what we received. After our initial consultation about the project, a prompt schedule was made, a professional team arrived, and with ease completed our beautiful 2 car driveway, as well as waterproofing the foundation of our home. Without Mr. Marafatsos pointing out the need and importance for the waterproofing i think today i would be facing some problems that would be far more costly. Every aspect of the project was done and delivered within the stated time. The crew was extremely clean upon the completion of each days work. IN FACT each day after they left our neighbors lined up to check out the work and write down their phone number for future projects. The testament to their commitment to quality work is here, i was 10 years old when Mr. Marafatsos Senior was doing the sidewalks in my townhome community, hours after his crew was gone he was there inspecting every square foot, fast forward 27 years later his son was inspecting the project hours after his team had left as well. There is no questions they handle every project with integrity.
