The Forman, Jermaine and the construction crew did very nice work and were very personable and easy to work with. Overall we are happy with our addition and the quality of work although the job didn’t get finished 100%. The frustration was this job we were told would be 2-3 weeks long yet went over contract by almost two weeks without consent or a revised contract (not due to weather related reasons, many days/close to weeks passed with no communication and no one showing up to work). 6 weeks in total. Nathan, the contractor, quoted us but did not follow up to see how the project came out or seemed concerned with extended time to get this project done. Overall happy with the outcome just frustrated with the lack of communication and that there are small pieces we are finishing up ourselves/finding others to help with (such as tying up our outdoor outlet, getting the outlets in the room power, sanding, finishing the kitchen wall with mud and tape as well as some other small odds and ends things). I would’ve loved to give more stars but after zero communication and being completed ghosted since the job “finished”, we are assuming the unfinished things won’t be finished up nor do we want them to return at this point. Our fault for paying before things were finished but figured we could count on their word.

Nathan was very helpful getting a project sorted at the request of the Waterbury Good Neighbor Fund and not only did they get the new roof on quickly in the coldest part of the winter, he cut us a good deal and the owner is delighted enough that she is having him come back for more work. Thank you!

Such a mixed experience with Nate and his crew. He is friendly, will respond to quotes quickly, and the end product is pretty good, albeit not necessary on spec and a few issues.

Our project dragged on and on. They finally got the job done, however, they made changes to the agreed upon designs without consulting us several times, and often just didn't show up when they had committed to. His communication is not great. He doesn't always respond.

Additionally, we had multiple projects under one job with them. They signed on for two additional big flood-related projects after ours. When they finally did finish the larger parts of the job they requested payment for that work, and then moved on to the jobs with bigger $$ prior to finishing our work. We had to bug him for months prior to getting him to come back to complete the work.
