Mannys recently replaced our roof. They walked us through the insurance claims process and once approved we were able to move forward. The roof came out amazing and after owning our house for almost 14 years we decided to have gutters installed. We can't recommend them enough! Manny and his team did a phenomenal job on my roof! They were recommended to me by my friend who does HVAC work, and right away Manny and his team met me to go over the condition of the roof and see how they could help and get to work immediately. They helped me contact my home insurance company to explain that I had a leak and a poor roof that was not holding up, and right away they put a tarp over the roof to ensure there was no more water damage that was affecting the house, before I even gave them a penny! They really understand roofing and you can tell that they care. I called Manny so many times and he never made me feel like there was such thing as a dumb question. They helped me learn so much, gave me a contract with a set timeline, and followed every letter to a T. The job they did looks amazing and it was done within 24 hours! WOW, what a great experience with Manny’s Roofing. You want the BEST you have to call this company. From the very first meeting with Manny and his crew I knew I picked the BEST. HONEST as the day is long. Manny took care of all the details with the insurance company, followed thru with everything he promised to do. His crew came in like the swat team. Finished my roof in one day from 8am -7pm that night. Every single one of his crew were polite and Efficient. Cleaned up everything like it was their own home they were taking care of. I then had a water heater leak in my basement, they took care of that too. Ripped up carpets, moved furniture, brought in dehumidifiers. Put in new skylights and painted. Clean up was superior to any company that I have ever dealt with. To make a long story short, there are not enough stars to put on this page that comes close to complementing this companySpecial thanks to Juan and Brian today for all the hard work they did in my home today. Great service as promised!! The crew arrived early in the morning, worked non-stop all day until sunset. The next morning came back early finishing the job on the roof, picking up every scrap of roofing material and every nail dropped on the ground. Excellent work and quality!!

My insurance company suggested I have the roof inspected. After doing some research and reading reviews I contacted three roofing companies for an estimate. Manny roofing was one of them. The other two were either too low to be believed or very slow to reply. I had the pleasure and good fortune to meet with Jonathan from Manny. Right from the beginning Jonathan displayed a very easy going manner. He patiently replied to all my questions and concerns. He has a lot of experience working projects and knows all the players in the insurance part of the relationship. Thankfully he did the paperwork for the claim and of course the estimate. I felt very comfortable selecting his company. He explained every step moving through the process. I have little or no experience with insurance claims but he was always available to help me and answer any question in an easy to understand way.
We agreed upon an installation date for the new roof. Their project manager called me in advance to confirm. The team showed up as promised and the work was done in one day. I was impressed with their attention to detail and cleanliness. I highly recommend their service and feel fortunate that Jonathan was a large part of my quality experience.

Manny replies to calls and texts promptly and he and his crew were courteous and professional. They also do great work. They were very thorough, including cleaning up after the job was done. We had several roofers that came to the house and gave us a quote but Manny was the only one that told us we could submit a claim with the insurance. They helped to submit the claim and it was approved. We only had to pay the deductible and the insurance covered both structures.

Earlier in the year I had some storm damage to my house. Manny Construction helped me deal with the homeowners insurance company to determine damages and bits that might be covered.They redid my roof, siding and gutters for me. I have an old house and they replaced all the rotting plywood and soffit boards as well. The crews worked lomg days through poor air quality, heat and bits of rain to help me meet a deadline. All while providing quality work and craftsmanship. This old poor tired house looks brand new again. Thank you.
