Manifest Builders LLC

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Manifest Builders. We utilized them to repair our chimney/roof leak and to remodel our master bedroom which had been damaged by the leak. The trait that distinguishes Manifest from other contractors that we have worked with is "caring". There was great communication; we were part of the process and in doing so our expectations were met and surpassed. We highly recommend Manifest Builders and plan to use them for future projects.

Manifest Builders added a significant addition over a 3-car attached garage for us last year. We have been very happy with the work done. In particular, Einar is a gem to work with, communicating frequently with his crew and with us. He offered suggestions about design and appropriate building materials. Despite a bit of turnover (which is inevitable in this line of work), his core crew were always courteous, responsive to our questions, and took good care of us as the customer. We would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking similar services.

Manifest did quite a bit of work on our house this past summer. They completely changed the roofline so that snow wouldn't get trapped, built a fire rated room, put stone facing on the front of the garage, and replaced the house, garage, and barn roofs with metal. 3 different types of roof for the different requirements of the buildings.

They were very easy to work with. Einar provided some excellent suggestions during the design phase. The pictures were invaluable . "I want the roof line from this picture, the stone face from that one, and the siding from that one". Then he gave us a final rendering of what we wanted and the final version looked pretty much identical.

We have several other projects coming up over the next couple of years and Manifest are going to be our go-to guys.
