Still waiting for my warranties, from Malone and GAF.
Workers damaged shrubs and screen, black residue on my gutters, etc.

Other than that everything is OK.
Best part of Company is Robbie Powell and Reggie.

Jesce Brock came to my house to check my roof for damage after a hail storm. Once it was determined that i needed a roof, Jesce handled everything for me from the insurance adjusters to completion of the roof being repalced. He was awesome to work with. They did great protecting my yard and flower beds. More than Happy with this Company..

Malone Roofing just replaced my roof in Columbia, and they could not have been better to work with. I had water coming in the ceiling of a bedroom, and Malone was the third company to come take a look; all the others said they couldn't find a problem. Reggie Welborn from Malone took the time to crawl into our tiny attic space and found holes left from hail. He helped us pursue an insurance claim and followed the claim all the way through. And, they did a great job. I would recommend them without reservation.

Very professional team. Right after the hail storm Reggie Starnes, and his team went to work and put everything into motion. They made the inspection and insurance process go smoothly. The installation crew was on time and very efficient. Mother Nature tried her best to delay the roof replacement, but as soon as we had a clear day, they arrived early and worked all day to make sure it was completed and the site was as if no one had been there after they were done. Job well done!

Completely new roof shingles. They had someone come out really fast and got me the report next day, which was very detailed with pictures and issues. Then, they got the roof put on pretty quickly considering the freezing rains at the time and even had the salesperson reach out to me multiple times too! Not in an overbearing way though. 10/10 easy recommendation

ChristWay Church in Flowood is housed in a 22,000 square foot metal building that is about 40 years old. The structure has internal gutters on each end. We have had severe leaks on both ends of the building, and have been dealing with them for years. Also, we had numerous smaller leaks in various places across the roof, due to backed out screws, failing seals around vents, etc. Malone Roofing was highly recommended to me for a solution. They came out and looked everything over, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They pressure washed the gutters, and sealed them up very well. One long section of gutters had holes too large to seal, so they fabricated custom in-lays, and installed them. Since June of 2021, we have been leak free, even through several major thunderstorms! I highly recommend Malone Roofing. I dealt with Wesley; he and every team leader and member were professional, and never left a mess behind.

Malone Roofing did a spectacular job on replacing our roof that had been damaged in a hail storm. They upgraded our basic builder-grade roof to a top-notch architectural roof that should withstand almost everything that Mississippi weather provides! The supervisor, Eddie, was personable and professional. Eddie worked with our insurance company to help us get the maximum that they would cover, and made it much easier on us. The office staff member that we worked with was Christina. She also was personable and so helpful! She even handled the paperwork for our HOA approval which saved us time and effort. The crew that installed our roof worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible. They went the extra mile, too, to make sure that we could still have access to areas for our pet to go out. I understand why Malone Roofing has the reputation of being the #1 Roofer in the State of Mississippi. I give them my highest recommendation!

Giving them one star seems like too much. They also left our roof exposed to heavy rain which flooded our building. Students lost months worth of their thesis projects. When the company was called, they complained about having to clean it up and that it ruined their Sunday afternoon. Try having 4 months of work ruined by a roofing company.
