Jayden Welch was incredibly helpful and navigated my roof replacement and insurance information from start to finish. I didn’t have to call my insurance company a single time! Jayden also came to my house the day after the storm when we were out of town to make sure the roof wasn’t leaking and did not recommend expensive temporary tarping. I will be calling Jayden and Mallard Roofing for any roofing needs I have in the future!

After a hail/high wind storm we called Mallard Construction and Roofing to do a free inspection of our roof. They were professional from the start and prompt to check for any damage. Thankfully our roof passed inspection and they have certainly gained our business in the future.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! The team arrived quickly and got my roof fixed without any hassle. They were efficient, professional, and really know their stuff. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this awesome group!

First off, Jayden is NOT JT. There is one SUPERB individual I would recommend handle your roofing job, and it's not Jayden, though I'm sure he'll do. If you can, gat a hold of JT Jerrett. From the moment he knocked on my door to politely ask us if we'd like a near-free roof replacement, to the moment we got our solar panels reinstalled on our brand new roof, JT has been the single source of credible information, fighting the whole time for our interests, even over Mallard's. Insurance agencies do NOT fight for you, but this guy will. In the end, we received three insurance checks, each one marked "payed in full", each time he was able to walk us through the process of understanding what we are owed by insurance, what the laws are, and what we can do about it. Mallard is an upstanding company that gives that sort of latitude and training to the hardest working and most trustworthy set of employees I've ever had the good fortune of stumbling across. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It's frustrating enough having to deal with the wrath of mother nature here in Oklahoma but recently the worst part of dealing with this isn't the physical damage but rather the endless solicitation from roofing contractors wanting to "inspect your roof".

Placing yourself on the federal no-call list doesn’t make much difference, these folks will call and text anyway. The last storm that moved through created another opportunity and the result is we got multiple calls and knocks daily for weeks which is incredibly frustrating when we both work from home.

Matt from Mallard Construction and Roofing “called” today to get added to the list of folks I won’t do business with, presenting me with a pre-recorded robo-message, and then followed up with a text. Again, I’m on the no-call list, but that apparently doesn’t matter, I got the unsolicited call/txt anyway. What’s worse is they are just fishing as they haven’t been out here, they are simply blasting calls and text messages to anyone who lives in a general area. Perhaps my roof is fine, or it has been replaced? Doesn’t matter, they are going to call and bother you anyway.

This isn’t just frustrating, it’s illegal.

Mr Jayden Welch come to our house to do a roof inspection. Treated us with respect, and explained everything what he found. He look very young but his knowledge is huge. He gave us options, and time so we can decided what we would like to do. I am sure our collaboration will be for a long time because I will not call anybody else. Thank you one more time. This company is the most obnoxious, aggressive people we have ever dealt with. They have inundated our gated neighborhood where no soliciting is allowed and have driven us all crazy. we have escorted them off the property only to see them walk back in minutes later.They have told lies about their work, telling homeowners they were hired by the HOA to inspect their roofs. This is untrue. We have them on a ring camera video telling the homeowner so many bald face lies, it was unbelievable. Today, they sat up a tent on city property next to our neighborhood and when asked to leave, they laughed! I have told everyone I know not to use this company. They may be great at roofing, but the disrespect they have shown our homeowners overrides ideas we might have about hiring them. I wish I could give negative stars!!

Jayden came out and check our roof for damage. Fortunately, we didn’t need a complete roof replacement, but he did recommend some minor maintenance. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely contact Mallard when my roof needs to be replaced.

We had a wonderful experience with Mallard. This was my family’s first time going through this process and while our insurance provided little to no help, Mallard guided us every step of the way. We selected Mallard Construction after careful review of several roofing contractors. From the moment we met the Sales Representative, JT Jarrett, we were “sold”’. JT was not only extremely thorough in explaining the roofing process, he was very knowledgeable in his products and, most importantly, the wheels of the operation of insurance companies and filing a claim. Filing a claim isn’t as simple as picking up the phone and JT was right along side of us from estimate start to finish. This young man’s customer service was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!

We would be remiss if we didn’t mention his colleagues, Alex and Vickie, as well. Alex, the Construction Superintendent, was as responsive to our phone and text messages as JT. Any issues that popped up, during the roofing process, were IMMEDIATELY handled and the crew did an excellent job with installing our new roof!

Vicki, a very pleasant lady in the Accounting Department, managed to address all concerns we had regarding insurance payments and our insurance deductible payment.

All in all, we would definitely and with the utmost confidence recommend Mallard Construction for any roofing project, large or small.

Chris Hard works hard to make sure You're taken care of. I explained to Chris that my wife and I just had a baby and we have Christmas coming up, so things are pretty tight for us and we are on a strict budget but need a new roof. Chris has been polite, patient, helpful, informative and reassuring through this process so far, considering this is my wife and I's first roof job and we have a lot of questions and concerns. Mallard Construction and Roofing Co is the best!! They are very professional, and give personal attention to all the details.
They dealt with my insurance company and my claim was approved quickly. My new shingles arrived on time and two days later a crew was out to do the roof.
The roofers arrived bright and early and went right to work covering my shrubs and flowers so none of the tear off would bother them. They worked consistently all day and when finished they made sure there was not a nail to be found in my yard or driveway. A supervisor had come out during the day to make sure all was proceeding as planned and he came back out after the finish to inspect the job.
These are dependable and honest people at Mallard Construction and Roofing and I feel secure recommending them to everyone.

7 years ago Mallard Construction replaced my roof that was totaled in a hail storm. We had a tornado in Lawton OK with lots of hail damage ..Ray with Mallard remembered me as a customer and reached out to me and offered me a courtesy check just to be sure there was no damage! This is great Customer Service and very much appreciated!
