They came and used better materials than my builder has used to redo our roof and painted our house so thoroughly. Joe was the first roofing contractor out of the 3 I called for estimates. I could have stopped with him since he was the most professional and honest person. The others gave me estimates that seemed to want to put a solid gold roof on my house. Joe was the only honest contractor with an honest estimate. Let me begin by saying dealing with a roof replacement can be exhausting. Insurance companies are in the business of making money while promising to "insure/ensure" your home - including your roof. My exhausting roof-replacement journey began in late March of this year (2023) -10 months later - yeah, I said it was exhausting :) ...The great news is Makeover Roofing stayed the course and was relentless in helping me finally get my roof replacement APPROVED!!! I found out about them through Choice Home Warranty and after they denied our claim which I’m going to appeal. My family decided to proceed with Makeover Roofing to complete our project for a good and reasonable price compare to the other quotes we received. Last but not least, they did surprised me and cleared out our gutters at no additional cost which was highly appreciated.

The process of choosing a roofing contractor had been excruciating until I contacted Makeover Roofing. They were timely and thorough with a detailed estimate and they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Their experience and professionalism during the process was exemplary and they never missed a message and ALWAYS responded until the day of install came around. The crew was very efficient and with a couple of small unexpected surprises with the construction underneath, and they adapted their process and obtained the perfect materials to bridge the gap left by the builder back in 1972. It was a different time 51 years ago and Omar the owner and Danny the PM and the crew sailed right through those unexpected items and finished ON TIME without missing a beat! My roof looks amazing and the few custom alterations were done beautifully and simply looks AMAZING! I have the best looking roof on my street! The quality of materials is top notch as I researched every item being used on my roof beforehand. No surprises and no smoke and mirrors either. I am very pleased with Makeover Roofing. They came out, inspected my roof(where I had concerns of sagging roof over porch), took pictures to show me what they found and explained how they would repair. They worked hard to find a perfect match to my existing roof so it would not be too noticeable. The pricing was reasonable, the workers were punctual, and showed pictures of every step they performed. It was a pleasant surprise to see what an amazing job they did and how closely the colors matched. I would highly recommend and will be using again when the time arrives to replace or repair my roof again.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!. Went above expectation. Took pictures to share the ongoing situation and the damages. He also use FaceTime when possible. The crew was exceptional. Highly recommend them after the work was done. The place was clean correctly. They did not leave anything, highly recommend this service.

Omar and Qusai were both excellent to work with. Assisted with filing the insurance claim and followed up when there was an issue. The quality and appearance of the new roof is excellent. The install and cleanup was quick and above expectations. From beginning to end the company and it’s employees went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I messaged them online to get a quote and they were prompt about reaching out to me. Quasi came out a couple days later and inspected my roof. He was very thorough with his inspection and polite to my wife and children who were at home at the time. A week or so later I got my quote via email. So far they are at the top of my short list to get the job here in a couple months when I'm ready to get my roof replaced. Looking forward to being another satisfied customer.

Our roof had a lot of storm/wind damage, but we had several failed attempts getting our insurance company to approve the roof repair/replacement with other companies. We were hesitant to try again, but Quasi assured us that he could get our insurance company to approve it no matter how long it took. Qusai, Omar and their teams were amazing to work with. My roof was original to the house (15+ years old) and a shingles were missing and deteriorating. Qusai worked with the insurance company’s adjuster to make sure that he noted all damage in his report. Less than 2 weeks later, the claim was approved and a few days after that our roof was installed. Overall it was a way easier process than I imagined and my new roof is absolutely gorgeous with all the bells and whistles to ensure it lasts for a long time. First let me state I HATE CONTRACTORS and was initially reluctant to do business with this Company. Over the years I have had bad experiences where contractors made promises to do something and then failed to do so resulting in a loss of time and money. MakeOver Roofing was the EXCEPTION, and they did everything they said they were going to do particularly in terms of timing, pricing and quality of work. The job they did at my house was exceptional and the clean-up process was impeccable as you would never know that I had my roof replaced earlier that day. I promise you they left it cleaner than when they got there. MakeOver Roofing went above and beyond in terms of service. When I was not getting a timely response from my insurance company, they offered to assist and followed up and even showed up when the adjuster did their initial review to ensure I was treated fairly. TRUST ME, I rarely give reviews, but the service and quality of work provided warranted such. This Company was awesome in every way, and I highly recommend them for roofing or any home improvement needs. My roof looks awesome!!!! My only regret is that I did not engage them sooner.
