So I did a Google search and found Majestics web site.
Made the call.
Peter answered the phone and he and Jim stopped by to meet in person within a couple days, then Jim and their lead roofer did a roof inspection, and I had a written estimate shortly afterward.
Which I found very much acceptable and got my project into their schedule.
The crew showed up on time and got right to work. Now I have a new roof on my antique house.
I also have a new contractor for any jobs that need to be done on this "Olde House".
I know that Pete, Jim, Scott, Erin, and Hope are only a phone call or E-mail away.

you can 100% trust this very reputable family owned business (I can't stress this enough) I've never seen a team so dedicated to making sure whatever job they do really is to the HIGHEST standard. I hired Majestic to do landscape work for me last summer along with interior painting for my house. They did an incredible job on both projects!! My kitchen and living-room had a lot of areas where there needed to be cutting in and finer detail and they did it without any issues. Also one of my bathrooms needed the old wallpaper removed prior to painting and they took care of that too (thankfully)! Regarding the backyard, I needed an old tree removed that was constantly dropping giant branches in my yard. They took care of that without any issues and removed the wood too. Lastly I had them plant hedge bushes around a side of my house. The holes needed to be 3 feet wide and 3 feet deep so there was no way I could have done that on my own. Overall, it was a seamless process having Majestic do all the upgrades inside and outside of my house last summer to really make it look refreshed. I still have more projects that I would like to do in the near future and plan on hiring Majestic to come back. Their quality of work and professionalism made these projects stress free. Huge thank you to the office staff and the work crew. You all were amazing.

No confusion, the job was done in Little Compton, i asked if i got to keep the 2-3 extra sheets of plywood, lead man said no, i asked if could i keep the extra shingles, 3-4 bundles, guy said no, he threw two tubes of adhessive? that i paid for into his truck, and i asked him, did i pay for those too, he said yes. I said, but i paid for that extra stuff, he said i get no credit, that he collects all the stuff from other jobs and returns it down the road, i was not happy. You posted a sign on my property with out my permission, and never removed it. it was a easily estimated job, so over buying and sticking it to the customer really did not sit well with me. sorry but that's what happened.

Majestic replaced the aging roof on my pre-fab home. Right from first-contact, they were awesome to deal with. They returned my first inquiry call within an hour, and any calls after that were answered, vs even needing a call-back. They came the next day to look at it and promptly provided an estimate. That estimate was in-line with two others that I sought, but I went with Majestic because they were pleasant and friendly, even when here doing the estimate.

On the day the work was scheduled, everyone showed up right on-time and went right to work. After stripping-off the old shingles, they provided photos to show that plywood replacement was not required (much to my cash-strapped relief).

All work - including impeccable cleanup - was completed in one day (~1600 sf house). They also did some interior repair for minor damage that had happened due to shingles that had been missing. Spotless!

Everyone in the company that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional, and didn't make me feel "less than" just because it's a small pre-fab home. As a Tiverton resident, I was happy to do business with a local family-run business. They do way more than "just roofs" and I will not hesitate to call Majestic for future projects.

Majestic Roofing and Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our upper roof. Peter and his crew were great! They cleaned up everything when they were finished - I didn't find anything left behind. The work was excellent and I would use them again for sure! Highly recommended!

The team called me right back after requesting a quote. Peter and Hope came out the next day to inspect and e-mailed me a quote within 48 hours. He explained what had happened with the old shingles, explained up front what the costs, timeline and scope of the job should be and had the whole project done in 5 hours the following week. The team was professional, thorough and ready to start at 7am on-site. I'll be using Majestic again if I have any further issues with my roof.

Just finished a deck renovation for me recently. They took an existing basic two story deck and transformed into something pretty great. They completely removed the top decking and replaced with a hidden roof to keep water out, floated a new deck and added brand new post and cable railings. On the first floor added new posts, ambient lighting, speakers and ceiling. Extremely happy with their work and highly recommend.

Scott is a professional in every sense of the word. After getting three estimates from contractors for a roof replace and gutter system installation last fall, and not being able to get clear pricing or a timeline from the top two, I called Scott. He was at my house the next day and delivered an estimate with pictures. Great work for a price I expected. We are getting ready to begin another project together — new stone front steps. Majestic should’ve been my first call, and they should be yours, too.
