Avoid this Contractor at all cost. Unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent who does poor work and leaves prior to completion, leaving behind garbage. He provides a quote for a fixed price job (labor only) and in the middle of it demands additional money that is more than twice what he quoted with no change in scope, or he leaves the job. He under-estimated the time to complete work with his incompetent crew by many weeks and then wanted to recoup by charging T&M for the extra hours he put in on a fixed price job, He caused extensive damage to the property, he set fire to the attic while smoking in it and his crew stepped through the ceilings of every room on the second floor, while working in the attic, and he thinks that is a normal part of his job. He stole from the owners, including materials that were purchased by the owners. Subsequent Inspection of his work (what he started) resulted in a long list of issues and poor work that now needs to be redone. A homeowners nightmare that can only end with a lawsuit. Be forewarned.

Gave a quote and schedule for a project on a family home. Brought unqualified workers who put holes in all the ceilings and destroyed flower beds, ripped screens and left trash. Owner and workers REFUSED to wear protective gear on the roof to prevent falls. Fire started and caused damage due to them smoking. Demanded TRIPLE the quote to finish the project AND were NOT completing full scope of work. Horrible customer service, unethical and unprofessional.
