Rick and his team got new gutters installed for us back in October. They got us a quote within a day of submitting an inquiry and had our new gutters done within just a couple of weeks. They got the job done quickly and also made some recommendations to us that saved us some money. Will definitely use them again for any gutter needs we have in the future

*I am giving one star as I have no choice; let it be known that this is a forced 1 star rating.* I contacted Maine Gutter Works LLC in July (07/28/23) to inquire about replacing a gutter. At first, I was impressed with the response time as I received a response that same day. On July 28th, I agreed to the price quote and let Rick know that I would like to proceed with the installation. I was quoted with an estimated 6-7 weeks wait so that wait time I was aware of. The wait time that I was NOT expecting was the 11 additional weeks I have been waiting - TO SIMPLY RECEIVE A MERE RESPONSE! I reached out on September 14th to obtain the installation date. Today is November 29th, and I have heard not one word in response to my inquiry about the installation, which was originally quoted for 6-7 weeks. It's now a total of 18 weeks since my original communication. I cannot review their work, but as far as customer service goes . . . it is not stellar. Business tip: Do not agree to do a job if you are not going to follow through, and especially if you have no intention to make that clear to the customer!

Though I appreciate the response below, NO, you will not be receiving a call from me - you should have all of my information in the chain of conversation / emails we shared in July. Receiving 100+ calls and emails is no excuse to neglect to follow through, especially after a) saying you would be in touch TO DO the INSTALL and b) after I tried several times to get a response. If the number of contacts you receive truly is an issue, I suggest getting better organized.

We hired Maine Gutter Works to put gutters on our house here in Lisbon. Getting a quote was quick and easy and when it came to having them installed the process was straightforward. The crew working here was professional and you can tell that Maine Gutter Works cares about their customers.

Rick and his team were great. My new gutters are beautiful (they even adjusted my flood lights for me). Customer service was great and communication was excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Had gutters installed today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. They responded promptly and came out and provided a written estimate soon after. Their quote was more comprehensive and less money than another I had received so I told them to proceed.
They completed the work today, ahead of the time frame I expected and the only sign they were here are the new gutters....they did a great clean up. I would not hesitate to hire them again, they were great

Emailed Maine Gutter Works to install a gutter. Richard promptly emailed me back and came out a few days later and the job was done. He was on time, professional and most importantly he did a great job! Will make note of for the future.

Maine Gutter Works (Richard) Installed new gutters on my home. I had a free quote the same day I emailed him and the following week he arrived! Rick was really responsive and able to coordinate my entire job via email while I was working nights a few states away. He arrived within a week and completed the entire job in a few hours. I had another contractor on site that day that commented on how efficient Rick and his crew are, citing he would never be able to install gutters and gutter guards that well, that fast. I've burned through a lot of contractors in the last few months and these guys are some of my favorites. I highly recommend this team without reservation.
