Overall a great experience! Ed and Melanie worked with us. We thought the price of the RV was very fair and they kept in constant contact as we worked with our finance people. Danny took the time to show us everything about the rig and was patient when we asked stupid questions!

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had! The Class A RV I purchased was even nicer than advertised! Bought a tritoon for our family here. The owners and staff were kind and accommodating. They made purchasing from out of state easy. They maintained frequent contact through phone or email and always kept us updated! There were a few hiccups which they made right. They are good people and true to their word! Before finding Magnum RV on the web, we spent about 14 months looking for the perfect RV for my wife and I. I must admit that I have slight OCD, retired senior enlisted (soldier) coupled with perfectionist traits...

Bottom-line: We found the perfect unit at Magnum. All the details provided by Ed, Melanie, and Danny were spot on....no BS involved. We placed the deposit without physically looking at the unit and needless to say, we were not disappointed once we laid eyes on the unit, it was exactly as they described.

Danny was very instrumental in teaching us how to operate all of the systems on our RV. Make sure to bring a pen and paper because there is a lot that he will show you. He covered everything from operational systems to the best cookware to use....Danny is the RV GURU!!!

We have placed approximately 1000 miles on the RV within 30 days AND we are 100% happy. Ed/Melanie are honest people whom you can trust and WILL make good on any promise made during your purchase.

EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this place is an absolute gem! They were fantastic to work with and we are very happy with our purchase. Things happen as with all things but they kept us up to date, guided us through the purchase process, and helped us with getting acquainted with our model. Before I purchased my RV over the internet I looked at this companies ratings and they rated 5 stars. Very disappointed or maybe I just got the bad deal who knows. I had many conversations with the salesperson as to the condition of the RV being a buyer from California and not being able to visually see the RV. I was misled and several items were never disclosed to me. Buyer beware...

Bought a used pontoon boat from Magnum RV. First, Ed was a pleasure to work with. I live 2 hours away so most of our communication was over the phone. He was very patient with me and answered every question and made me feel like I was his only customer. When I went to see the boat, it was in excellent condition and had been very well taken care of by Ed and his staff. He even delivered it early for me so I could surprise my wife. His son was outstanding during the delivery process taking his time with operational instructions and making sure I understood. A really fantastic experience. Thanks to all!

I can't say enough. Ed ws fair, and true to his word. Our new to us coach was delivered ready to roll. All systems working, new tires, slide topper, and batteries. Hey, he even resealed the roof, which I mentioned but didn't ask for. We are happy we ran across Magnum RV.

Service department recently opened. Excellent work done (had all appliances serviced/cleaned, plus repair done on leaky hot water heater). Head service tech very experienced and competent. They also have a mobile service. Price high, but on par with what other RV repair shops charge in the area. Highly recommend.
