I walked into this store looking exhausted and confused, and needed help finding a whole slew of odds and ends for a remodel I’m almost finished with. I immediately got help, and together with the store personnel found everything I needed in about a tenth of the time it would have taken had I gone to the Lowe’s in Woodstock. Thanks so much for your kindness and patience, I’ll be back!

I was coming home from a Dr. Visit and I needed some caulking , I stopped in Randy's Do it Best Hardware , and the personnel were very helpful ,and I was out of there quickly.

This is Randy's new store in Mount Jackson I like it there to help is very nice they always come to you and ask and show you what you need even as your first time they can tell you about a lot of things that they have on sale that you don't even see that you can get I like that this is a suggested selling is very good

They always have what I need. The crew there is very knowledgeable. Clean and organized is a huge plus. The price, meh, manageable, given that you can just drive into town instead of a different town. I prefer going here rather than Lowes or Home Depot

Great local store. Went in the new store for the first time today. The employee was right there to show me where he items where located. 5 stars for location and employee help. May save at big box but save on gas and employees are there to help. Thanks

Amazing customer service, I mistakenly told them to charge me for some more expensive lumber and they fixed it asap. Will definitely go back, like them much better than the big box stores.

I sent an urgent next day package through their UPS drop off sight. The UPS driver was in a hurry and missed it. UPS would do nothing to help the situation. Randy's refunded my $82.

Very very friendly employees, stopped by on vacation with my father and brother and the man at the counter took us right where we needed, nicely kept as well!

I didn't know they carried so much "bells and whistles " until we actually needed these things at my place of employment.

My car got damaged, and I stated I could make several trips if needed. I had to contact them several days later in regards to it. Then placed the blame on me and the lady I talked to was rude and very unprofessional. Im more bothered that no one bothered to even contact me, they just chose to ignore the situation. Just bad business to treat customers that way. Lesson learned will never use them again.

Years ago my family and I were frequent flyers at Zerkels. Ronnie Z. was always enthusiastic, friendly, and generally hilarious as an added benefit! Fast forward a number of years and several houses later and we were customers of Randy at his hardware store in Timberville. Always helpful, well-stocked, and willing to take the time to do things right. Good to know that Randy's and Zerkel's can bring their successful business styles together in Mt. Jackson!

Very nice people you get more service there than you do at lowes or home depot they dont play favorite it doesnt matter if you have money kor if youre just country folk there help you the same.
