Absolutely amazing customer service! I emailed on a day they were closed and inquired about when an item would ship, The answer was that day or the next whenever I placed the order. I ordered and it shipped that day, that the store was closed. I had it the next day because we are only about 150 miles apart, but I still could not believe it. Today everyone preaches customer first and customer service, but very few actually do it. Chris at Bob's was great, and I just placed another order today!

Had a great experience purchasing my new kayak from Bob’s. I did a lot of research on the one I finally decided on, and Bob’s had the only one if it’s type within 300 miles. The one I purchased was originally at the Amherst store which would’ve added another a lot more to the 2.5 hr drive we already had to make to the Moneta store. So they brought it down to the Amherst store for us. Bob helped me with purchasing a paddle and rod holder, helped me get it safely on top of my Xterra, and we were on our way in no time. Love my new kayak and when it comes time to buy another for my wife and daughter, I will be giving Bob a call for sure.

Bob went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect kayak for my fiancee. Despite working constantly during COVID to keep up with demand, Bob answered the phone after hours on a Saturday, and even stayed late for me when I showed up right at closing time. The store has a great selection of bait and tackle (which is hard to find right now in the big box stores) and all the kayak accessories you will need. In short, Bob earned my business moving forward and I have a feeling he will earn yours too.

Bob and his team are awesome. They have been very patient with my indecisiveness, showing me all different types and styles. I'm purchasing another kayak from them tomorrow. Bought a VIBE kayak from this guy about a week old. Never used and has been sitting in my garage with everything still on it. Paid it on cash and tried to return, his response was "all kayak sales are final and considered used at this point, it's like buying a car" come on man, even cars have a time frame they can be returned. Kayaks dont even have wheels, the most action this thing has seen is being on my roof of the car. Anyways nowhere on my paper/receipt says anything about sales being final. Think twice before buying from this guy, there are places that atleast let you demo before you buy from them, try them out first.
