Room needed update, deep cleaning - musty smell - and repairs in bathroom. And no trash can.in the room. Also enough towels etc for the 4 people staying there. We would have left but had great parking as we were towing an RV and frankly we were tired. Paid for queen beds (2) and they seemed like doubles. Wish I took photo of bathroom.

Clean, great price, right off I-81. No frills, but TV, good heat/AC and a pool for well under 100$ a night.(I paid 55$ for 2 queen size)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Room service was quick and the food was delicious — especially the breakfast!

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I stay at cheap and sometimes lower quality places fairly regularly to save a buck. WiFi was practically nonfunctional. It would occasionally work for 7 minutes or so and then stop working completely. I decided that was fine, and I would watch a little tv instead, but the TV didn’t work. There was no complimentary breakfast as Days Inn advertises, and no microwave. The room itself wasn’t in the worst shape, but there were clearly some dirty spots and stains, especially in the bathroom. The woman working at the front overnight was kind and the pool looked enjoyable, but if you are looking for anything but a bed, I would go somewhere else.

We went here because it was inexpensive and Expedia says it has breakfast. Found out after he was doing the paperwork for a room. We almost left when he told me he would drop the price to $60 for the night. Well, we got what we paid for. It was pretty bad. Ive stayed in worse but it wasnt good. The towels were stained. The bed was okay but the place seemed to not be maintained. There were three cars in the parking lot that night for obvious reasons. I would not stay here again.

Positive: The hotel was close to the event I was attending. Negative: The hotel was dirty. My room was covered in some slick film all over the floors, walls, mirror, and windows, baseboards and shower were dirty, ceiling in shower was falling down. When I cleaned the floor to get the residue off the towel I used was black.

Our second time here. Only been here one night out of our trip so far, but everything has been amazing. Easy check in, clean rooms and prime location. I see everyone on here complaining and I just wanted to give them a boost. We’ve stayed in both smoking and non smoking. Smoking we did just for the experience, but honestly if you’re a heavy smoker then definitely go with that option!!! Overall property’s great and the front desk and staff are amazing!

Horrible. I have not tried Days in in a few years and was watching hotel costs, but wow! This was the worst Days In that I have ever stayed in. There was rust on anything metal in the room (Fridge, luggage rack, and ironing board). Bathroom needed some work in the cleanliness department. Brown marks on any edges of the floor or toilet. Leftover soap wrapper in the shower remained from the previous guest. Dirty spots on the room walls were obvious. There was 1 (one) hanger on the rack. Cigarette burn marks in the bottom of the ice bucket.||||The continetal breakfast included coffee, a banana, and a Great Value granola bar. They called it grab and go.||||This was cheap and the sheets were clean. Bed was good.

Roaches everywhere. Don’t even put our bags down, went right back to the desk clerk and told her we were not staying. My whole family slept in our vehicle. Desk clerk told me we would be refunded but has not happened. Called the corporate office and the health dept. Still waiting for our refund.

The sugar and creamer boxes are being refilled with who knows what and are being used again and again, looking at their condition. The coffee dispenser was dirty near the opening from where coffee comes out. ||5. The part that seemed to me as a fraud was that they charged us $5 for a missing wash cloth. We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were there for just 1 night.

1. As soon as we entered the hotel room, the bed side night lamps were not working. Hotel was not able to fix this permanently.
2. The air conditioning did not have thermostat that has temperature controls. The AC kept on switching on and then off after every few minutes. It was not cooling the room.
3. They do not have any breakfast. All they provided was one banana, one granola bar and one cookie.
4. The coffee is not hygienic. The sugar and creamer boxes are being refilled with who knows what and are being used again and again, looking at their condition. The coffee dispenser was dirty near the opening from where coffee comes out.
5. The part that seemed to me as a fraud was that they charged us $5 for a missing wash cloth. I spoke with them and told them that - it is impossible as I did not take their dirty used up washcloth. They simply did not listen.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a single night stay.

There isn’t a workout space, no workout room. When I entered the pool area to do an exercise session, not in the pool, but in the pool deck area, Donna, came over to me and spoke rudely and told me that I was not supposed to be in there, and to never use that space if I ever stay at this place again. It is highly unlikely that I would want to stay here again.

This hotel breakfast is not best it's only a bag grab and go. They did not give our room the best cleaning and it smelled slightly of dog. Left over used shampoo and conditioner was left in the room. There was no soap to wash your hands and the freezer part of the fridge was completely frozen over and anything that you put in the refrigerator froze.. You can clearly here the traffic all night long. I believe there must have been a fire station. Because you heard sirens all night. My king room only had one towel in 1 wash cloth. And I had to go and get a second set in which they charged me ten dollars for the washcloth they could not find.. They were expecting to find 3 sets of wash cloths and towels when in reality. They should only have found two as the room only had one set in it.

This hotel is ok. They allowed animals, and people had no control over their barking dogs in the middle of the night. This hotel did not have a microwave or coffee pot in the room. They also didn't have any soap in the room for hand washing, and the shampoo and conditioner in the room had been used, and they were only half full. There was only one towel and washcloth in the room, and when I had to get a second set. They charged my credit card later that night, after I had checked out because they said they did not find the extra washcloth they had given me, I was charged $10 for a very thin wash rag. When I informed them that I did not have their wash cloth as I had to get a second wash cloth for the other person in the room. Therefore, there should have only been 2 wash cloths in the room they acted as if they did not understand. They do have coffee in the lobby, but it's cold. Breakfast is literally a few items in a bag for you to pick up. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, and they needed to paint. The room smelled old, and they didn't give it as good a clean as they could have from dogs being in the room....

This motel didn't have the best reviews. Maybe that was from people wanting it to be a 5 star resort for $60/night. I, on the other hand, had been driving all day and was desperate for a shower and a bed. Part of me doesn't want to write a review because I plan on making it my go-to stop as I travel all year up and down the East Coast. I will regret it if people find this place, realize that it has friendly staff and adequate accommodations for a dirt cheap price.

Good value for the price. Room was older but clean, and we had no problems and got a good night's sleep! There was coffee in the lobby and a fridge in the room. We did not ask for a to go breakfast bag so not sure if that was available. I would recommend.

It was a fairly pleasant stay. The bed was a little too firm but OK. The seal around the entrance door was non-existent, you could see light all the way around it. Overall and for the price it was OK and I would stay again in the future.

A dump.
Room was full of mold from water coming in from exterior door at some point - all long the baseboard into the room. Shower was covered in mold - stopper for tub was black. Showerhead was black. Tub facet dripped all night long.
Inside of the room was just grungy
Absolutely no amenities in the room minus a paper cup and a bar of soap. Fridge rattled and hummed all night.
fitted sheet covered only the thin mattress pad on top of bed.
Check in - there were three cars in the parking lot - the clerk looks surprised at me when I tell him I have a reservation - there are three people in the hotel - there is a reservation - wouldn't you think he would know he has one more guest to check in for the night?
Lobby smelled like the "house of curry" - vending machine was empty.....
Thankfully it was just me and not wife and kids as it would've been right back in the car.
Not sure who is leaving glowing reviews - perhaps a blind couple with no sense of smell......

This place was disguising! We weren’t able to do any research and just stayed at the closest hotel due to having car trouble. Unfortunately we were too tired to inspect when we got there. The room was freezing and the heat was barely working. We had to sleep with multiple layers of clothing on. In the morning I found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, moldy shower head, dirty tub, trash tucked behind a gap in the wall, and worst of all- the towels were dirty and stained with hair on them. It looked like someone picked them up off the floor, folded them, and put them back on the shelf. Yuck! Will never stay here again

If you want just the basics at a value price then this is the place for you. our room was very clean with an excellent shower. Small frig had no freezer section and there was no microwave, which was unusual. for breakfast it was just a grab and go bag.

Absolute dive. Booked ahead, photos online are deceiving, nasty rooms, cockroaches we found in the morning on the TV stand, Ugh, shiver....I shook out everything, bleck. We had to slam our door shut so it wouldn't pop back open, and then lean against it to get the secondary lock to turn. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling was falling down, there was mold on the walls. If we could have gotten ahold of the sleeping manager to get our money back, we would have. But the guys on the desk didn't seem inclined to call and wake him up after 9am.
Do not use this hotel. Yuck!

When we booked we were offered two prices, one with breakfast and one without. We chose the more expensive rate which included breakfast, however we were told when checking in that they were not offering any kind of breakfast, not even muffins. We were dissapointed, especially since no refund was offered.
The hotel itself was clean, however there are minor repairs needed to bring it up to par.

- PHONE DIDN'T WORK
- Furniture is just looking really bad.
- Don't know what that corrosion is around the toilet piping but it doesn't look good.
- HVAC display says 72 but it ended up feeling like over 85 degrees in the room.
- Door looks like it had been forced in.

Careful about the "free breakfast" and the photos of a breakfast bar , this is false advertising. All you get is a "to go" brown paper bag with a banana, crackers , granola bar and a small water. The photos show a full breakfast bar with hot oatmeal , cold cereal etc. It's misleading. I won't be back.

Not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at but the curtains had about 30 stinkbugs hiding. At first we just saw a few but once we figured out where they were coming from we kept shaking the curtain. We called the front desk, told them the issue, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Paid $150 (a night) to flush at least 30 stinkbugs for over an hour after we'd been traveling all day and just wanted to go to bed!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dead bolt didn't work, no carpet and the room appeared to be flooded at one point. Was a line of what appeared to be mold about 1 inch from the floor around the entire room. Beds were swayback. Sink cracked, room smelled, only 1 handicap parking spot.

Right off the hwy. Nice laminate floors. Clean and no odor.
Lively view of mountains and remarkably you can't hear the hwy in the room with the air on.
Stayed two nights here.
Please note that the breakfast listed is only a banana and crackers.

Accessibility:
I did not see any ADA accessible rooms advertised. The curb ramp getting into the office has a pretty good sized bump. The room threshold was a pretty decent bump too. None were impossible to get over but they weren't comfortable either. I am now on a knee scooter, not in a wheelchair, so I don't know if the doorways and walkway openings are as wide as they should be. The bathroom in the room I was in was *definitely* not accessible in any way shape or form--the door literally only cleared the toilet by maybe an inch. No elevators visible for 2nd floor. If you're in a wheelchair, this is likely not a good place for you.

The pros:
It's a place to sleep that beats sleeping in the car. It's not scary or totally falling apart. Housekeeping was pretty decent. Breakfast was advertised as being included, and it was in fact included. Location was easy to get to. Doors to each of the rooms are accessible from the parking lot, more like a motel than hotel, which means you can park close and there's no long trek down the hallway.

The cons:
Double queen room is advertised on Expedia as 'sleeps 5', but when we went to the office to ask for a cot or rollaway bed, the response was "Oh, no. That option is only available if you have a king bed room." So we had to fit three full size adults into one queen bed. Sleeping on the floor wasn't really an option because the floors aren't carpeted.
They only gave us two towels.
The toilet didn't flush well, and the sink didn't drain well either. (It would drain eventually, just really slow, which meant a sink full of water every time you used it.)
The "breakfast" included is a brown paper bag with a small water bottle, a granola bar, peanut butter crackers, and a banana. That's it.

FYI, Expedia says this location is 10mi from Luray Caverns. That must be as the crow flies. It's 14mi on the roads, and because it's twisty mountain roads, it's 20min of driving. Not a big deal, just not what we expected.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for, and if you just need a place to sleep and then move on down the road, this would be fine. Just don't expect luxury.

There was not actual breakfast, they just put at the counter a grab-and-go bag with a banana, granola bar, and water. Room was not clean: garbage at the floor. I was bitten by some insect while sleeping: there was a blood stain at the sheet and a red The free breakfast was a grab-and-go bag with a banana, granola bar, and water blister at my calf when I wake up in the morning. I hope it was not a bed bug,

Positive: It was a roof Negative: When I got there the man told me I had reservations for 2 rooms when I only reserved 1. The tv didn't work. Had to slam the door to shut it. And there ws no hot water or breakfast... there was a vending machine...

The best thing about this place was that it provided bare necessities: a roof and a clean bed for cheap. The rest needs improvement. The walls were dirty/stained. The paint job was mediocre (esp. in the bathroom). There were two people booked for the room, but we received only enough for one person. The towels and wash cloths we received appeared dirty/stained. We requested more in the morning. It took nearly four hours to receive them. I had to go and buy new towels from the local Dollar General to get to where we needed to be on time. The breakfast offered was this: a banana, a granola bar, peanut butter crackers, and a bottle of water. I decided on Dunkin' down the road.

I don’t know why people are spamming about this hotel. I have been in hotel for 3 nights. I see lot of comments about the view, so i was curious to see the scenery. As all mentioned the early morning sunrise and sunset they both feel like eye-popping. Not to ignore the staff really friendly always available. At first i was confused and not sure weather to make a reservation by the reviews but now i can say these reviews are nothing but spamming. I was also concerned about the breakfast as well but they have the breakfast which you can expect for what you have paid.

Overall Experience: 5/5 Never disappointed anytime.

2 YEARS AGO - Filthy. (They say they have QUEEN beds but they have FULL beds!) I slept on top of the covers. The deadbolt was broken as if the door had been kicked in. Chairs were too short to block the handle. The bathroom had a mildew smell and the tub was disgusting. Floors dirty. The lampshades looked like a crumpled piece of paper. Owners and staff obviously do not care about the hotel at all. People live there (not my business) and kids were playing in the stairwell at 10:30 pm. No coffee in the room & no laundry bag. I stayed with my parents and they were grossed out by the blanket underneath the quilt. Uncomfortable. You’ll find random little hairs all over the room. Room looked like they have not been deep cleaned in 10+ years. Staff seemed apathetic.

EDIT: I have no idea where ANY good reviews are coming from… I felt the need to come back and add this edit TWO YEARS LATER because it was so horrible.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
