My wife and I are very pleased with the new roof shingles by MAD Roofing and for the assistance of the R & R Solar company. R and R solar removed my existing solor system from the roof prior to the new roof install.
After the roof was re-singled, R & R Solar replaced my solar panels and verified that they were working. Both companies provided a professional and thorough job.

Great experience crew did a great job and clean up Joselin & Joshua were both amazing. Joshua & the team went to work for me with my insurance team who only wanted a small patch work order to getting finally a FULL ROOF & ALSO GETTING A SHED ROOF REPLACEMENTED

Our roof had a leak. Chris was very thorough when he gave us a free estimate. He was able to find the root cause of our roof leaking sources. He is very kind and professional.

He was very respectful and listened to all of my concerns. I was given the quote the same day he came out and the work was started one week afterwards . He was very personable and even went the extra step to give recommendation of an electrician and landscaper I could use. Conrad was very polite and helpful the few time I spoke with him. The whole team was very efficient. The job was completed in one day from removal of the old roof to the installation of the new roof. The crew made sure all of property was well protected before the work was started and everything was well cleaned up at the end. Jocelyn was very nice and able to make the payment process easy to understand and complete. They are an amazing company, and I definitely recommend them for any job needed. I could not be happier with my new roof. From my first contact wth Marianne in the office I knew it was going to be a good experience. My salesman Chris Barron answered all of my questions and we agreed on a deal. The crew was amazing and compleated stripping the roof and installing the new roof in one day. They left my property clean and nail free. The price I paid was fantastic. The work was exceptional. Great job start to finish!

I talked to a neighbor who had a roof done by Mad roofing. I called to get a bid . Chris stopped by and looked at my roof. He worked up three different options and sent them to me.I chose the one that was on line with my budget. They started on my roof on Friday morning and by the end of the day it was done. One day later the new rain gutters were in stalled. After several days of rain they were back to put nanocoating on it. Looks great thank you Mad Roofing.

Very poor customer service & a waste of my time! Joshua was scheduled for a 1115am arrival to meet & discuss a front porch home improvement job showing colors & options that could be provided.

I called Mad Roofing at 1135am & was advised Joshua would be contacted & that Joshua would be calling me. I received a text message at 1204pm from him saying he was on the way but did not show up till 1245pm. His latency was totally unacceptable & a disregard of my time!

Upon arrival he ask me what did I want done only to say that the job was too small & ask me if I had others coming to give an estimate for the job. The final outcome was him telling me that there was nothing Mad Roofing could do about the concrete front porch.

Then Joshua ask me about the roof & I advised that the roof was not an issue. He left saying good luck!

Joshua displayed a bad attitude in customer service & in his latency to show up on time or even call was unacceptable!

A companies representative that is 1.5 hours late is extremely poor customer service! I did not like the latency & certainly did not like his attitude!

I would advise to choose another business for your home improvement needs!

Chris shows a clear love for his craft when he teaching clients by thoroughly inspecting first not only on top of the roof and gutters, siding, and fascia, but also in the attic.

This is where other roofers just don’t look/ don’t wanna work. knowing with MAD ROOFING Chris doesn’t cut corners and either does his crews that install the finished product.

Serving Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, AND Webber counties this man is at the top of my list to inspect all my rental properties and home.

Chris also does more in person follow ups with clients than most other sales men have done that I know of.

We just went through getting a new roof using our insurance, the roof was damaged by wind, working with Matt and the rest of there team has been the easiest and least stressful process ever, once we got everything approved through insurance with Matt’s help the process was super easy, the day they came to remove and install the roof they weee in and out they showed up at 7am and were gone by 2 in the afternoon…. Jose Lin did an amazing job communicating with my neighbor Shannon I meet her while she was dealing with the police and did an amazing job making everyone feel safe she was very firm and knowledgeable making sure we understood that Shannon would be taken care of definitely will call them when we are ready for a estimate if Joselyn will be our rep as well

Chris Barron at MAD roofing really came through for me in Magna. He worked with Local Police Department to deal with my difficult neighbor and got my roof installed in one day.

I recently went through the process of having my shingles removed and replaced. MAD roofing was the team I picked. They were in the middle of my price quotes. The entire team was very knowledgeable and helpful to streamline the process from start to finish. I’m very pleased with the end result.

Had a great experience with Mad Roofing, they finished the roof in 2 days, the gutters were done the next 2 days. Everyone was polite and worked hard. I found some nails after they left, sent a message, and they had some guys out Monday morning to do another sweep with their magnets. Great customer service!

Had an older roof and it looks really good thanks to MAD. it cost me bout 2 grand but for another couple years of quality roof will help us save to do the full replacement. They were good and constantly coordinated with us to make sure that the roof got treatment of a day it would be able to actually stick. Very happy with the service and the professionalism shown by this company.

I needed my 30 year old roof replaced quickly. Racoons got onto my roof ripping a vent off on one section and tearing shingles off on another section. The racoons then dug two holes in the roof and entered the attic. I learned of the holes/damage after a storm went through the area and I suddenly had leaks in my basement. Soon after I saw a co-worker's Facebook post about having to replace her roof. She gave the name of MAD ROOFING and highly recommended them. I contacted her to ask about the work that was done on her roo and then I called Mad Roofing requesting an estimate on my roof. That same afternoon, one of the owners stopped by my house, checked the roof and put temporary patches on the holes left by the racoons. Mad Roofing's prices were very reasonable and less than many other roofing companies I had inquired about. The roof was completed in one day in late January (2025) and looks fantastic. New rain gutters were installed the next day. No more leaks and no more racoons living in my attic without paying rent. Mad Roofing's on site customer service representative, Joselin, was amazing to work with. She kept me updated on when they would be able to replace my roof and explained the process so that a simple mind like mine could understand. After the roof was done, Joselin followed up with a sweep of my property to make sure no old shingles, garbage, equipment or anything else was left behind. She explained to me what was done on the different parts of my roof. Joselin also checked in with me just over a week later to make sure everything was still ok with the new roof and she always returned phone calls quickly. I have worked with many companies before that I hired to do work on my house and yard and Mad Roofing was easily one of the best companies to work with. I would highly recommend Mad Roofing and Joselin to anybody that is planning on replacing their roof......
