Langley Roofing - Thanks for 25 Years!

I am a realtor in Bozeman and Langley Roofing is my go-to. I know I will get an honest estimate, he will tell me if the roof needs replacement, if it has more time, or needs nothing at all. He is responsive, and in this business, it's key.
This is unusual in a space where roofers need business and every roof "needs replacement." I appreciate the honesty, the integrity, and will always recommend Langley Roofing for anyone in need of a roof!

Robert is very professional. Quick to visit my residence and after troubleshooting, found source of the water intrusion and repaired my leak. Beyond that, he gave his time freely regarding other existing conditions of my roof.

Our family trust had some issues with ice dams and snow at our rental house. Robert came out to evaluate and offered to come back to evaluate prior to spring. I also called other business with high pressure sale practices. I think the reviews speak for themselves.

Rob handled everything so professionally and was extremely knowledgable when it came to insurance, codes and the roof itself. He handled everything and made the process so easy. The insurance company took forever and paid only bits at a time. Rob kept on them and made sure he covered every base. What was incredible was he never invoiced me until the final insurance money was collected. Crew was courteous, clean and fast. The communication from owner and crew members was great. They were easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions through out the process. I didnt know Rob before this but cannot recommend his company enough.

We have been in Bozeman since 1977. Our business relationship with Robert Langley began with years of preventative roof inspections.
Robert is knowledgeable and thorough, he is a business owner with integrity. When we decided to replace our roof in 2024 we chose Langley Roofing because of trust, knowing the decision to replace a roof was justified and that the work would be of a high standard and quality.
Robert is a strong communicator and an active listener. He kept us informed of his roofing schedule well in advance. He went above and beyond in order to fit our roof in at his busiest and most demanding time of year. The roofing plan was easy to navigate - knowledge of quality roofing & plans were shared, sample shingles were brought onsite and we went over colors (Robert had different color information which I truly appreciated and that made a positive difference in the overall look of our home), the schedule for materials and a work date were organized-communication was clear, the roofing started in the morning, as was stated, and the project was done by the end of the day. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship.The materials clean up was thorough and our property was left in excellent order.

Langley is very thorough in his work. He helped review and discuss issues with the insurance company. The roof was removed and dried in one afternoon, inspected the next, and reroofed the following day. I would highly recommend them for an insurance reroof.

The Forman from Langley Roofing arrived at 7:30 AM with a team of seven workers. they laid out tarps and begin removing the old roof. They were very organized efficient and completed the project in 12 hours. All the debri was picked up from the days work . The team of workers .cleaned, and blew off my driveway. Awesome!! Called Rob late on A Thursday for a Bid. Had everything for the insurance co. by Monday. Work commenced on Friday morning. Finished and done before dark on Friday!! Several crew stayed late to finish cleanup. After a walk around the job site was clean. This review is in reference to a roof recently placed on our church-Belgrade CMA (Alliance).
Our church needed a new roof which presented a challenging task since the slope of the sanctuary roof is about 14/12 pitch. Several roofing contractors declined the job because of extreme pitch. Langley Roofing took the job with little hesitation. They did a thorough job in sometimes extreme daytime temperatures. Attention to detail, taking time to do a good job, and thorough cleanups are the hallmarks of my experience I would emphatically recommend them as a roofing contractor.

I had Robert look into doing the Belgrade Alliance Church roof on the main sanctuary. This is a steep roof and not many would want to attempt this. He had good communication through the process and stuck with his original bid though some challenges were met along the way. Thank you for a job well done!

Langley Roofing was so amazing to work with. We had a leak and contacted Rob about the leak and he came and looked at the roof and noticed wind damage to the roof. He worked with our insurance agent on our behalf, (sign that contract so Rob can act as your representative). Robert was great to work with. He is very conscientious, detail oriented, and communicates well. The job was done in two days covering over 3000 square feet. They covered all of our bushes and objects close to the house so they wouldn't get damaged and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Robert made recommendations to me that made our roof and attic venting more efficient and the job looks great.

I spent nearly a year trying to find a reliable roofing contractor who would provide a detailed estimate for a residential roof replacement. Wish I had started with Rob Langley and Langley Roofing. He was professional, timely, responsive, and worked closely and repeatedly with my insurance company to maximize my cost recovery. The work was done correctly and on schedule by a diligent crew that minimized their impact on my yard and landscaping. I strongly recommend this firm.

Robert was quick and pleasant on the job. The service provided was good.

Cost of service was not communicated well. He billed double the amount of time spent at the house. He also did not clearly communicate a minimum service charge would be added to the hourly rate. We were pretty surprised when the bill was more than twice what we had expected from the conversation we had about cost of service.

Edit: Robert reached out to us after we let him know about our disappointment with the billing and made it right. We really appreciated his effort and would recommend and use him again.

We were very fortunate to have Langley Roofing correct a horrific previous roof install. Robert's crew was experienced, efficient, considerate and courteous. The foreman answered all our questions and the crew kept the yard free of debris daily. As a result our home is now secure and the new roof looks great.
