I recently reached out to this company to inquire about some shingles we noticed yesterday when they were closed. When the representative answered, he sounded
busy; but since he didn’t say so, I proceeded to explain my reason for calling. Unfortunately, in the middle of my sentence, the call was disconnected. I tried calling back, but there was no answer. A polite statement like, "We’re very busy right now, could you please call back later?" would have been much more courteous than simply hanging up on a potential customer.
The best! These guys are so helpful and professional. Im a female in a roofing store so to me the comfort, patience and guidance I receive here speaks volumes. Great staff, great products and great customer service.
