I called to have my roof checked as it was 20 years old and I suspected it was at or near the end of it's time. Luis returned my call right away and came by to check my roof. As I suspected, the roof needed replacing. Luis was very professional and thorough in explaining how the process would go and what to expect. Once the project was started he communicated every day the progress that was made and anything unexpected that may have come up. The roof looks beautiful and everything was cleaned up around the house and left as it was before they started. If you have any roofing needs and want someone who is going to be honest and work hard for a fair price I would highly recommend Mac Roofing.

I highly recommend Mac Roofing, I called Luis yesterday when I found water leaking through the drywall in our dining room. Luis was prompt and returned my call, he told me that he’d be here shortly and was at my home within the hour.

He did a thorough investigation inside my attic and found where the roof was leaking from, he got on the roof found out why it was leaking and since he didn’t have my color of shingle with him, he put metal flashing up under the shingles to prevent it from continuing to leak.

He also told me that my gutters needed to be cleaned because they were weighing down the gutters, he used his tool and scraped a thick chunk of muck to show me how dirty they were.

He came back today and was able match my shingle color, repaired our roof and I had him also clean our gutters.

Luis is Very honest and definitely knows what he is doing! If you need a new roof or just need a leak fixed then I would definitely give Mac Roofing a call!

I hired this company this summer to replace a roof on my mother's manufactured home in McMinnville. I highly recommend Luis as he is very thorough and up front. When he did the estimate, he included all the details that were needed to do the new roof, something the other companies did not provide. He also was willing to meet our tear-off date that I had already scheduled with family members. The other companies couldn't match it! We entrusted Luis to restore the roof after being damaged in a wind/hail storm and came to find out that the prior roof wasn't properly installed. It required Luis and Jesus an additional five days to replace all the plywood on the roof before laying the shingles.

This isn't just any roof, it's a 108 year old beloved home to generations of McMinnville residents.

It isn't square and requires almost every panel to be bespoke cut and laid. To say that they didn't rush but did it right and took their time doesn't describe it.

They were doing it right and doing it fast. The mark of craftsmen.

In spite of this efficiency Luis and Jesus worked until 8PM about 80% of the days, including Saturdays. I am impressed by these mens' ability, professionalism, determination, grit, and community.

Luis went way beyond. He was professional and courteous and very easy to communicate with. He completed the whole job in 4 days and didn’t even leave a speck of dirt when he left. I was told to contact Andres for a quote on a flooring job. When Andres came and looked at the job, he provided a very good price. Andres showed up everyday on time and finished the job in a few days. The quality of work was amazing and Andres went above and beyond with the quality of work. Andres was very respectful and polite. I highly recommend Andres for flooring and I will be contacting the company when I need my roof replaced.

I now own the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood! When we needed a new roof I requested 5 quotes. Two never responded, one said he could give a quote by looking at Google Earth, and the other stood on the ground and gave an approximate. Then there was Mac Roofing and Luis. Luis came out, went up and inspected the roof thoroughly, asked questions, and came back with a very detailed written quote a few days later. He was so professional and I really felt that my job mattered. They replaced the roof and installed a sun tunnel within the time frame promised. They did a beautiful, top quality job. No shortcuts were taken and they cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to have around. They were careful not to hurt any of the many plantings around the house. Luis and his team from Mac Roofing and Siding did an excellent job of replacing the roof on the duplex that we are managing. His quote was competitive, the quality of asphalt shingles is very good and he provided us with several installation options that made our final choice pretty straight forward. He walked us through the steps of the old roof removal and the new installation which besides laying the new roof included replacing quite a few sheets of deteriorated plywood sheeting, then connecting the inside fans to external roof vents and also adding extra bird block vents in the soffits to improve air flow. The time performing the installation was reasonable and inconvenience to the neighbors was minimal. At the completion of the job all debris was removed to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a contractor to replace or repair your roof Mac Roofing will be our recommendation as they are very focused on doing excellent work to the satisfaction of their customer.

Luis and crew did an excellent job. I especially like how he took time to explain how they would install the various parts of the roof, vents, etc. He was very willing to answer questions. They were careful to not throw the old roof parts down on the lawn, garden or flower beds and they were sure to clean up every evening when done for the day. Their cost was comparable to the other guys which means customer service is their differentiator.

Mac Roofing and Siding did an amazing jobs replacing my roof and building a small porch. Luis spent a lot of time answering my detailed questions about materials. He documented the work with photos so I could see that everything was installed properly and per spec. I would highly recommend them for work.

We contracted Luis and Andres on several home improvement projects during the Spring and Summer of 2019. Projects included custom interior trim work restoration in a 1920's era farmhouse on windows, baseboards and crown molding. Another was siding replacement and repair on the house and separate garage/shop. Also had them repair an outbuilding (pole barn type shed) which had been severely damaged by an oak tree that fell. Wish I would have known them when I had the roof replaced a few years ago as they would have had the job. These guys are great! Professional, timely, great communications/ responsiveness and I believe very well priced. Highly recommended, I would indeed hire them again.

Luis has cleaned my gutters for years. He was always diligent about the condition of my roof and would take photos and show any concerns to me. Last year, he replaced my roof. His bid was more than competitive and his work superb.
Today he cleaned my gutters and I told him although nearly all the roofs in my neighborhood have been replaced now, mine is still the prettiest and classiest of them all!

I hired MAC Roofing based off of a suggestion from a friend who knew them. He said their work was excellent and he was right. Excellent work, great value, they showed up every day and finished the job timely. The job was to build a carport off of my garage. They were to make the job look like it was built with the house. They did exactly that. There are pics on their website. They tied into the existing garage roof, and made it look like the rest of the house. The rocked pillars mirrored the ones on the front porch. I recommend Mac Roofing and Siding and would use them again.

Luis just completed replacing our roof. We can't say enough about his attention to detail, his craftsmanship and his integrity!
He and his son worked tirelessly in all weather to complete this task in the promised time frame. We appreciated that our site was cleaned up and organized at the end of every work day.

I needed a new roof for my house, and also decided to have a cover built over my patio at the same time. Luis and Andre did a great job on both. Luis is very thorough at making sure that not only does the roof look great and is watertight, but also has the proper ventilation as well. I also had him put in four solar tubes which light up the interior of my house extremely well. The patio cover, integrated right into the roof and gutter system, looks incredible, with cedar tongue and groove ceiling and cedar-clad support posts. I've never spent so much time on my patio! I highly recommend this company, and know Luis and Andres will work with you to make sure you get the results you want, no matter what type of project you have. They are hard workers and their work is high quality.
